              On the sixth of September, 2022 a person by the name of ******, who claimed to be the owner of: Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning in Alexandria, VA came to our home to clean the carpets he was scheduled to clean. After some very sloppy work he did not clean the carpets, he left the floors and carpet wet, he behaved aggressively towards my wife and during a very unpleasant and rude phone call he cursed me out...I have attached the expectation verses the performance as well as the detailed complaint

              I would give minus five stars. The most horrible experience one could have imagined from a service company. And a total shame to the franchise name HB Franchises, LLC.. The carped cleaning guy by the name of Damien came, wet the carpets, did not vacuum, and wanted money for no result. After my wife pointed out that he did not clean the carpets, on the contrary they and the wooden floors are now wet, he mocked the "cheep" carpet (it was a over 2K carpet) and wanted the money otherwise he said he will send the debt collectors...My son and wife felt threatened. When I called this Damien and wanted him to cancel the bill due to no service rendered, he (and I recorded it) called me a turd... I have the entire event documented. However, the fact is that the owner of this company is aggressive, unprofessional, and rude. I paid so I will not be threatened by this man. but the payment was not fair and the company will not refund!
