Had $87,000.00 withdrawn out of my account. The bank is not helpful at ALL! I have filed a police report, called the bank as soon as I was aware of the breach. My online account password was changed, without notification. The bank mailed me statements to the wrong adress and was not notifyed. It is VERY clear it was fraudulent charges and who has done it. The bank WILL not help in anyway! It started in Aug, 2023 and I just became aware of it on Feb 2023. No statements were sent to me! This is a retirement account for me so I do not check theis account often. I ck it once every 6 months. The bank had NO security in place!!!! As soon as my account went into over draft I received 6 letters saying my account is in overdraft! NOT 1 letter when the account was being drained by $35,000 in less then 30 days! Then $45,000 the next month! They said they WILL NOT help me to get the money back even though they are supposedly FDIC Ins. They also stated to me that " If I had $85,000 in a bank I would check it EVERYDAY" This is a crazy statement. I replied I thought a BANK is SAFE!!!! There is MANY MANY mishandlings of this situation! From the bank mailing to the incorrect address, to not willing to just do a reverse LATE ACH! To no fraud alerts , to having my online password changed! To not even willing to help in this matter. I have been with the bank for over 8 years!!! With very little activity. This should have pulled many red flags. I do believe they HAVE NO SECURITY measures in place!!!! PLEASE HELP! I have talked to my other banks and they ALL said " This is a very easy solution" They just will not HELP IN ANYWAY!!!! There is also many mistakes that they need to prove and show documentations that I have requested and have hit a wall each time!!!Initial Complaint

I have a problem with my checking account w/listed bank. They charged my checking account twice for the check. I have called and been told that monday evening it would be resolved, to no advail, I have sent Email and still no reply, this bank, merged with ** **** *** ***** ** ******** a year ago and has been neglecting this customer for two long. Their customer service sucks to the maximum. I am a 75yr old 100%disabled veteran from the Vietnam War w/ limited time left on this planet, and I dont have time to be calling, emailing, or trying to maintain my money, I put my trust in this company and I want them to do their job and straighten out my checking account. You was my next choice for help, next notification will be to the State Corp CommissionBusiness response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Regards, ****** ******
