i purchased a musicial clock on april 14th.every time i phone and i get a recorded mssage it is on the way;no one physically ****** the phone.i received my bank statement here they took $157.92 out of my account.i would like my money back.would appreciate your help.Initial Complaint

On 02/19/2022, I ordered a clock from Clockway.com (order # *********). I paid $798.00 for this clock which was billed to my credit card. About 5 days later around 02/24 or 02/25, I received the clock. The clock was examined while wearing the white gloves the company provided. I decided that the clock was too small and too heavy for the area I needed a clock. So on 03/01/2022, I took the boxed clock in pristine condition to ******* Store and returned it. ******* tracking # is 1ZW3784X0319489992 which shows that the clock was returned to the clock company's return ********** of ******************* on 03/03/2022 at 11:01 A.M. ******* info states that the returned clock was left at the Dock & was received by ******. I have been trying since 03/03/2022 to obtain my refund. The company stated in an email dated 05/01/2022 that they would issue my refund but it could take 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be reflected on my credit card info. 05/23/2022 was the end of the 15 day business period. The email from the company says if a refund has not been received by the end of 15 business days, their company should be called at *********************. I have tried calling that number ***** times (between 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. CST) and the line was ALWAYS busy. As of today, no refund has been received. Any help in receiving my refund would be appreciated.
