      Please be aware of this company they are awful. I made a claim through American home shield they were to deliver a new washing machine. They delivered the washing machine and never set it up just set it in the living room on the floor still in the box and did not take the old machine. They stated that since my dryer was not the same brand they could not touch it. I never heard of this ever and i have been trying to get in contact they have not answered any calls. Do not use these people and American home shield is always sending out incompetent people its a shame.

      Mid *** did a great job for us. They delivered our new refrigerator the day after they received it. The scheduling person was pleasant to work with and called the day they received the refrigerator to set up delivery. The delivery guys were right on time, professional, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Mid *** for appliance delivery and installation again.

      MiD Inc. is the worst appliance installation company I have ever seen. I had a washer and dryer installed and the installer did not tighten the water connections properly. I never saw them leaking until water was standing in my laundry room. I then saw a fine spray coming from both water connections and black mold was growing behind my washer. I filed a claim with GE and MiD Inc. denied liability because I tightened the hoses to stop the leak. These people expected me to leave the hoses as they were and let the leak get worse. They are unbelievable! Someone should bring a lawsuit against these people, they are the absolute worst!!!

      I was pleasantly surprised, after reading these reviews, that my delivery experience went very smoothly. Scheduling was easy. Drivers called when they were on the way and showed up promptly, as expected. They were friendly and courteous. Allowed me to clean the area under my old appliance prior to installing the new. Patient with my questions and answered them professionally.

      MiD is the WORST co. EVER....Not only would they not install the dishwasher they delivered, because, they won't touch plastic fittings and told me we had to change to PVC or copper. They FORGED MY SIGNATURE on a completed (which wasn't) invoice it I could do ZERO stars I would

      I would rate this company negative stars if I could. I ordered a microwave through my home waranty and they were the company assigned to handle the order, delivery and install. Delivery day came and when the new microwave was removed from the box the back bracket was damaged and it could not be installed. It was placed back in the box and the delivery guys said they would take it back and a new one would be ordered. I called for weeks trying to find the status and not one of my calls was returned. I finally called my home waranty company and when they finally got ahold of Mid Inc they were told that the order was cancelled. I now have to go through the whole process again. No wonder this company is not BBB accredited. This is the absolute poorest customer service I have ever had. I don't know why the home waranty company uses them

      MiD *** is the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with!! If we could rate negative zero we would! This company should be not allowed to be in business. We purchased a refrigerator from ********** and this was the company contracted to deliver our appliance. The day of delivery, they arrived, and one of the delivery guys had a major attitude when he came in the door. They told us they could not do the install that day because we would have to get a plumber to install a shut off valve behind the refrigerator, it didn't matter that the existing shut off valve was in the basement ceiling. Okay, not really a big deal. We called a plumber, had the shut off valve installed and rescheduled the refrigerator delivery. On delivery day #2, the same delivery guy shows up with the same nasty/bad attitude. Now this is where the story gets ridiculous so follow along.... they come in, remove our front door, and take our old refrigerator out of the house (they remove shelves and the handles, etc). Now it's time to bring in the new refrigerator. They refuse to take the handles or doors off of the new refrigerator to bring into the house despite this direction being on the delivery ticket. They tell us they can't "cascade" the refrigerator. My husband offers to help but they still refuse to bring it into the house. By this point the one guy is really being unprofessional with his comments, attitude, etc. They eventually just brought our old refrigerator back into the house, scratching our walls and floor. Yep, they brought a refrigerator back up the steps! With all that they could have brought in the new refrigerator...doesn't make sense right?!?! They leave our old refrigerator in the middle of the floor, did not put the handles back on. They put the front door back on and left. Sped out of our driveway and we could hear the other appliances on the truck sliding and crashing into each other. We spoke to both the manager and general manager of the delivery company as soon as they left, and ended up canceling the order when they didn't offer any type of resolution. After reading the other reviews and seeing the ratings with the Better Business Bureau, I am at a loss as to why ********** continues to allow this company to deliver the products they sell. We will NEVER purchase another appliance from ********** knowing that they contract with this company/a 3rd party for delivery. ****** learned is to always ask if it's a 3rd party that will be doing the delivery. We went to **** *** the same night, purchased the same refrigerator for $*** less. It was delivered 1 week later by their delivery people and the customer service was superb! Refrigerator by **** *** was delivered and installed in less than 50 minutes!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! This company delivered 4 new appliances to me and damaged the refrigerator. I was promised $*** gift card because of the damaged but I still have not received it. I am still trying to resolve this issue and the appliances were delivered in August 2021. Today is November 29, 2021.

      I rate this company a -5 (NEGATIVE 5). I have NEVER been so annoyed and frustrated with a deliver company in my entire life. Once getting a call about a "scheduled" delivery, I requested a date change based on being out of town (3 states away from home). I requested a date change and was told ok and we are all set. I would believe that the phone personnel would have been aware I had 2 items to be delivered (stove and microwave). To my surprise, the delivery team arrived on the date of "THEIR" original schedule with my stove. I explained that I was 2 hours away and requested to be moved to the agreed upon date that was confirmed by their team. I was given 1 hour 45mins as the only delivery option. Breaking all speed limits, I arrived home in 1 hour and 47mins. NEEDLESS to say, they were gone. When I called to "catch" the, the driver hung up the phone 2 times and didn't answer on the 3rd time. When I called MiD directly, no one answered. On the next business day I called and was told only one item (microwave) was scheduled to be delivered on the agreed upon date and they would have to reschedule the second item (stove). I explained that my request for the date change should have applied to both items and basically I was told too bad too sad. I asked to speak with a manager and not only was his attitude FUNKY he was EXTREMELY RUDE. He said I had to call my warranty company (***) which I did to be told I had to call the appliance warranty company (** Appliance Warranty), which I did, to be told that I had to resolve my complaint with the company that I have the complaint about. ANYBODY - make it make sense. I start the phone call process OVER AGAIN with MiD to be told that I have to deal with my local delivery team (Richmond, VA). Guess what, NO ANSWER!!!!! This is not only frustrating but it really is insulting to be forced work with and through a company that is so unprofessional and in my opinion unethical. Their mistake now puts me at risk for not having my appliances as we go into the holiday season. I work out of state and based on their available delivery dates, I am not available. That means their error will cause me to have to take a day off work to get my delivery. Chris in the Virginia Beach (warehouse manager) tried to apologize but he passed me off to the Shane in Richmond (delivery manager) who doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return calls. I have even tried to reach Timothy (General Manager) to no avail. Then I look at BBB to see this is the standard behavior of this company. I will be reaching out to **** ***** which is where the appliances are coming from to also make a formal complaint. I have also reached out to *** to make them aware their service provider is working with a poorly rated, unprofessional delivery team that has a number of negative reviews through the BBB. Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of this company since this is a "Warranty Service" replacement and MiD, Inc knows there is not recourse for their piss poor level of service so there is no impact to their company. REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED!!!!
