I went into this salon for a haircut and permanent perm service on Jan 24th.I showed a picture of the perm, Jio, the stylist/owner said no problem. After the service, she said the perm will last 6 months. I paid $215 total ($50 for a haircut, $150 for the perm, and $15 for the tips).I washed my hair after day 4 of the treatment, all the curls are all gone. I reached to the shop asking for $150 partial refund, they refused to, and excused that "I didn't explain well because my English is not good- your hair is virgin hair, it will happen" which isn't true, her English is fluent, and I had perm my hair before, this is the first time it ever happened. The business offer me to come in for another treatment for half of the price. They failed to provide the service and hope to charge me more, and damage my hair more. This is a scam and unreasonable resolution. I attached the model picture with the perm I asked for, and my picture that was taken after day 4 of the service. Please help.
