Bought a car from this dealership. Had issue with engine noise . Took it to my mechanic and discovered multiple issues, the most severe being the frame is rusted and had been attempted to be fixed. Bolts rusted off and new ones broke off. Looked up the law and it clearly stated that this had to be disclosed to me in writing or verbally. Neither was done . The dealer originally said they would buy it back but now they are ignoring phone calls or not responding. Don’t want to have to retain a lawyer. Hoping to resolve this . Thank you .  *********************

I brouhht a 2011 ******* ******** from this dealership. The first day I had it at home front end went out, and the check engine light came on. I took the car back to the dealer and they fixed it, 4 weeks latter I took the car to the ******* dealer in Chantily Va, to have a key made and a inspection. During the inspection which was videoed I learned that this car was sold to me with major issues. The motor mounts are damaged, Its leaking transmission fluid, Its missing two screws that connects the cars subframe, The wire from the battery is hanging and damaged, The left front control arm is hanging free not secured by the bolf thats supposed to be there, and the front, rear and side panels to protect the cars underbody is missing. (All of this is on video) I contacted the company, sent them the video then called them to see if they could help. I've been getting the run around evry since! The car is not safe to drive in this condition, and its totally things they should fix , because this car should have never been sold like this.

I bought my vehicle from Arlington Auto group earlier this year. The 1900 characters I have left are not enough to describe the entire horror story and complete lack of consideration, and the deceitful sales process that this company has tried to pass on to me. Beginning with the purchase of the vehicle, the car was sold to me from *********** LLC (who also has a complaint to the BBB). Arlington Auto Group has (under discovery) sold me a vehicle that NEVER passed safety inspection. In fact, they faked the inspection on the vehicle. I confronted them about the quality of the vehicle and they made it impossible for me have the vehicle looked at. They would not allow me to have the vehicle looked at another shop. When I asked for them to look at the vehicle they told me they couldn’t move the other cars in the shop so I could look at the suspension. I told them the suspension was clearly broken, and they ignored my concern. I flew down to Virginia from Boston, MA to pick this vehicle up after going through the process with **********. Once arriving in Virginia I was picked up and brought to the dealership. This of course after I was assured and reassured the vehicle was in good shape, had a VALID inspection sticker, and was good AND safe for the road. COME TO FIND OUT THE CAR WAS NEVER SAFE FOR THE ROAD. IN FACT, THE SUSPENSION ATTACHED TO THE CAR WAS NEVER SECURED. I drove from Arlington Virginia, home to NH. On the way home, I called **** of ******* (coincidentally this car that I just flew to Virginia for was serviced its entire life at **** of *******) and they made me the next available appointment. I was driving through Virginia when I first called the dealership complaining about the issue with car. This was in May. I told both AAG and **** that I wanted the car looked at ASAP due to my safety concern. AAG said it isn’t a problem they promised the car was safe. Audi of Peabody has the evidence that the car was sold to me UNSAFE. OutOfRoom.Evidence2come

I purchased a 2013 ****** ******* *** from Arlington Auto Group in Arlington, VA. After purchasing the vehicle the dealership wrongfully and illegally sold me a vehicle without having the title to the vehicle. Long story short, After purchasing the vehicle, I spent a lot of money into getting the vehicle up to par with all of its required maintenance and additional work which I paid for outside of the auto loan. After five months of purchasing the vehicle, I was told that the dealership is unable to provide me the title for the vehicle. I ended up having to return the vehicle to the dealership. The dealership agreed to pay off the auto loan, but refuses to do anything to help me with the money that I initially spent. After the entire loan has just been recently paid off, I'm still missing $8,643.10 from money that I initially spent on the vehicle. I will most likely need to file a lawsuit and wanted to bring this to your attention as this dealership is committing a crime by not legally selling the vehicle with the title. The following which I will attach is a payoff letter which is the only expenses that the dealership is willing to pay for which is signed by the General Manager named JP of Arlington Auto Group in Arlington, VA.I have receipts for all of the following money which is still owed to me by Arlington Auto Group.Down payment- $1551.22 Arlington Auto Group Monthly payment for the time I had the vehicle extended- $1,557.96 ******* Credit Union Required service- $6,211.90 ********* ******Windshield replacement- $250.00 *****/******** AutoGlass Alarm fixed and window tint- $722.95 ** Racing Window deflectors- $188.18 **********.com Mud flaps- $165.30 ******.com Tag brackets- $16.95 ******.com This is a grand total of $10,664.46 -$2,021.36 (amount being paid back to me included in auto loan through ******)________$8,643.10 (new balance still owed to me)Best Regards,*********************** ***********************
