The worst experience I’ve had yet at Eastern Carryout, before even calling I was hoping it wasn’t the lady manager because of her attitude and demeanor from past experiences, but I placed a pick up order at a place I’ve been going to for more than 10 years and when I got to the store I was greeted with “it’s $30.33 total no extra sauce for you! If you want extra you pay” not a “hello how can I help you?” , I asked the lady what’s her problem and why she’s so rude to me and my family members and if she charges extra then maybe put a sign to let customers know , she ignored me and couldn’t give me an answer and was speaking in her language that I couldn’t understand, her name was “***” or “****” and she should not be in the customer service industry if that’s how she treats her customers, very rude and disrespectful for no reason, will not be coming back no more after this experience
