Came to fix a screen with visual issues. Left with a screen that randomly turns black and restarts at random. I’ve accidentally called 911 about 10 times because of this issue of the screen not functioning properly. After coming two separate times to fix my phone screen and having the same issue, I requested a refund. The owner has stated that in order to receive a refund for the faulty screen that was installed, the business can only REMOVE their screen that was installed and replace it with my old, broken screen. I came in with a screen issue, got a completely new screen issue and now am left with the problem I came to this establishment for. Don't waste your time with this company, they use faulty products and then refuse to fix the issue their products problems cause. Just read the reviews for this company online, which I unfortunately did not before brining my phone in. According to the owner the screen was replaced and since they can’t “see” the issue itself (since this happens randomly about 8-10x a day -even more frequently since the second screen replacement) they have no solution. I specifically asked the owner what the warranty on the repairs were and he said 60 days. This issue began on the first day after the repair. Since then I have wasted so much time trying to get my phone to work properly only to leave this place with the same screen I had issues with. To other patrons thinking about getting repairs done at this business DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Funnily enough (and not surprisingly), once my old broken screen was placed back on the blackout issue ceased. The owner tried to blame this issue on the back of my phone having cracks, when the only operating issue with my phone is the screen functionality.
