We utilized it for over a year with very little success or use from customers. Never had a claim. Customers did not seem to care. BEWARE!!! Cancelling with them is VERY hard. Tons of back and forth and will not cancel even though we are out of our 1 year commitment contract!!Initial Complaint

Buysafe is supposed to be a company that guarantees products that are sold by other companies. I purchased a Go Kart from *************.com. It arrived with damage. The frame was bent, one fender was scuffed and cracked, one fog light didn't work, and one of the wheels goes flat in about 5 minutes. I contacted *************.com and they refused to honor the warranty, so I contacted buysafe since they supposedly guaranteed the sale. It turns out they are a scam. The company pays them to use their logo (with links) to make potential buyers feel safer buying from the company. They guarantee nothing. They do nothing except pass messages back and forth between the buyer and the seller. It is nothing more than a scam to get people to buy from online sellers. Buysafe case #*****Initial Complaint

I purchased a motorbike from ************** with the buysafe protection plan. I contacted buysafe several times because I am having trouble getting the seller to provide missing parts for the bike as its unusable and can not be assembled due to missing parts. Buysafe responded the first 2 times I contacted them but has failed to respond any further and has failed to perform. BuySafe states they provide an online shopping guarantee. Their site clearly states "$1,000 Purchase Guarantee. Didnt receive what you ordered and need help resolving the issue? No worries. If your purchase is covered under the BuySafe shopping guarantee, we will refund you up to $1,000." The Buysafe case number is *****. It is covered and was submitted before the expiration date and time.
