I moved into this condo last year in April 2022. I have just discovered they have me metered incorrectly so I am and have been paying on another person's electricity. The other person is paying on mine. I don't want to continue; as my bills would be relatively low if I were being billed correctly with the right meter. I have contacted Dominion Electric on March after making the discovery but they still haven't had anyone come out to check and validate my meter so it can get corrected. It's been approximately 4 months and no one has come to fix this. I no longer want to pay on another person's meter!!! Please help the electric. At this point I am not even sure that they will even correct right. By changing to the correct meter and having me pay the correct meter puts a stop to the mistake. And gives them the opportunity to go back and compare the metrics and refund me for when I have overpaid. The customer service is terrible! A manager called me twice and was absoltely a mess - didn't really help. I have called 6 times and still wating for a Teir 2 manager to call and he or she still hasn't yet it's been 5 days........
