We thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. They are clear experts in their field and very passionate about their work. They did extensive work on our house and it is noticeably improved. The air quality is much better, the temperature stays at comfortable levels and we have drastically improved energy savings. They earned these five stars.

Mr S****** had a very extensive project completed with us! We loved every minute of working in his home, getting to know the ins and outs of the process specifically built for his home. We are currently trying to help his home reach a PLATIMUM efficiency status with the PEARL efficiency certification agency. With all of the changes, upgrade, efficiency and comfort changes Mr. S****** trusted us to complete for him... I look forward to seeing that Platinum Certificate any day now!! Mr. B**** is an AWESOME client! We have done several projects for him and all were extensive. Our love for efficiency, accuracy and client satisfaction is what allows us to succeed in making our clients homes comfortable and efficient. We are TRULY happy to hear he is more than satisfied with the work we performed for him. I hope to do more in the future, and possibly exceed these expectations!

The absolute worst ever company! We had a serious condensation problem in the house we recently bought where the HVAC engineer recommend we do an energy test and insulate the house. He gave us this company's name as one of our options. I called, and called. I left messages, and sent emails. It took them about 6 or 7 weeks to get back to me. Furthermore, the owner Scott has nice younger employees that go out and do the energy test, provide the estimate, have you sign 'the contract' & schedule the installation (this was 3 months after the service, in December when the weather is freezing.) Then this guy shows up to your house, goes through your closets, yells and screams at you, demanding you do this and that. He was upset that his employee did not 'charge us enough' so he screamed at me at length. Then he tried to add on 3 or 4 THOUSAND dollars. He demanded that we get the permits for his trucks, to include the foam truck (later we found out that the city said the contractor HAS to obtain these.) He asked for a follow up meeting for his foreman to come look at the house. He never showed, never called, nothing. On follow up, we provided him a detailed schedule to help give him an option of times. Eventually, he canceled this contract, saying the job was too hard. By his doing this, we lost our Dominion rebate, and the house energy certification that we could have received for insulating the house. If you want to be abused in your own house, get no service, and be treated unprofessionally, call this company. They are HORRIBLE!
