This complaint has to do with the Retirement department of Graham Holdings. This has been an ongoing issue for months, so I will include the highlights. 1. I was notified that I could collect my pension in a lump sum in a letter from Graham Holdings Retirement center. 2. I was told that I completed all of the necessary paperwork and would receive my payment on 09/01/2022. 3. I was told to wait for 10 days. The check was coming through the USPS mail. 4. Upon calling back, I was advised that there was something wrong with the paperwork. My check wouldn't be sent until 11/01/2022. I advised that was unacceptable. I completed more paperwork and was told that my check would be issued on 10/01/2022. It is, of course, not here. I, again, am being told to wait until 10/10/2022. 5. When I asked who I needed to complain to, I was advised to login to the retirement center to initiate a dispute. I tried to do that. There is a message that states: "Sorry the system does not recognize you as an active user. I am exasperated. This is not OK, and I need a resolution.
