I was impressed. 4BBH have me a written offer that day, on the spot, came with the credibility kit , etc (that have me the confidence to sell to them. They gave a couple of options, and did something some other ppl didn't do - follow up! I was working on a short fuse , and my property was going to be taken. I was in a real right spot. From decision to closing, it was a little over a week! Although I took a big ****** with the price, I'm still happy with the transaction... My only brother passed away unexpectedly after a very brief illness and I suddenly found myself faced with the job of selling his house. After briefly considering overseeing a sizeable renovation project and then selling via a traditional realtor, I decided to have the house appraised and investigate the numerous buy-your-home-as-is-for-cash companies in the DC area. True to their advertising, Kevin L*** of 4 Brothers Buy Houses (DBA Pro Homebuyer Solutions) met me at the house, answered all my questions as he surveyed and photographed the property, and by that same evening I had an offer in hand that met my target price. From that point forward everyone I've dealt with at 4 Brothers and Allied Title have been professional, personable, efficient, and responsive. I've been through at least 9 other real estate sales transactions, and this was the quickest, clearest, and smoothest experience of all. For anyone who has a property to sell unexpectedly or that needs work, I'd highly recommend 4 Brothers.

My mother passed away recently and I needed to sell her home. I noticed a sign in a yard advertising this company. I was a little skeptical of the "we will buy your home as is" but as it turned out I truly did not need to have any concerns. I met with Ryan who went above and beyond to answer all questions. He was very nice and a pleasure to work with. I was offered a fair price and definitely decided to accept it. I then worked with Kayla in the office, she was extremely kind she didn't have the answer to a question she found out and called me back right away. She over saw everything from beginning to end!!! The title company they used was very helpful and took a lot of worries out of my hands! THANK GOODNESS!!! They had a notary come to my home to do all the paperwork, instead of me, having to travel to them! What an amazing service!! Closing, extremely smooth, Once the paperwork was in, the same day that I signed the documents my funds were in the bank the next day!!! Overall, my experience was amazing and if ever needed I will definitely come back to this company!! Thank you all for making everything so easy and stress-free!! This was a very challenging time for me having to sell the home I group up in following my mother's death. Tripp from 4 Brothers kept in contact with me for nearly a year, as I was dealing with the estate work and coming to terms with the task of cleaning out the house. He applied no pressure and was very understanding of my situation. When I had finally decided to pull the trigger on the sale, the staff at 4 Brothers (I personally dealt with Kayla and Ryan) guided me through the process and even helped negotiate with the title company when additional paper work was needed. I have never been tasked with selling a house and I had a great deal of anxiety about it. From the moment Ryan met us at the house, until the final signature on the documents, everything went quickly and smoothly. They even sent a notary to me to sign the settlement papers, which took 15 minutes. I was guided thru the entire process. I spoke with the owner of the business. After my initial complaint. I am unable to change my complaint but now have an understanding of what went on that is a logical explanation. I wish to remove my previous complaint but saw a post that I am unable to. The only negative review is mine and I feel as though the company should be given a chance.
