They refused to allow me to obtain the paperwork for a dispute after asking multiple times. Their reasons were “there’s nothing to dispute” but that should be decided after I submit all of the necessary evidence. I had payed to park on ParkMobil, but because of a glitch in the app the license plate number changed and I did not confirm it, so I was towed. ParkMobil said to talk to the towing company about a dispute, but the towing company repeatedly said that is a ParkMobil problem and would not empathize with our situation. She repeatedly berated me verbally instead of providing the paperwork requested. The crazy thing is I did pay for parking and they showed no remorse for towing me and were extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. She also inserted herself from the other room into a conevrsation with the employee speaking to me multiple times. Centro apartments needs to stop employing this company.

Even one star is too much for this fraudulent company. Towed my car within minutes (I was allowed to park 30 minutes per sign), hang up on me few times when trying to get location of my car. I wish I'd call police but I had my 9 year old with me who was only in his soccer jersey since we stepped out just to walk few seconds to Starbucks, it was freezing outside and I just wanted to resolve this as quickly as possible because of him. Horrible experience, employee was rued, when my 9 year old asked me why they towed the car since we were there for maximum 10 minutes and he did read the sign, the guy yelled "shut up" to him. I can't believe Arlington would even give license to such establishment which is known by unlawful towing and running scam business

Car was not parked for more than 10 minutes. Tow truck ran a red light trying to take my car away. What a dishonest company. Arlington City should revoke their business license.

Found towing company was actively towing my car despite showing my ParkMobile parking application that had expired minutes upon our arrival. Was told by driver that it was not his decision and that my car was on the list - could pay $215 in cash or follow him back to the lot. Upon doing further research in Arlington codes - he should've only charged me $25 for a "drop-fee" since he had not yet towed the car away from the parking lot. The receipt emailed later did not even add up to $215. Predatory towing practices.

These towers are scammers. They wait outside or grocery stores and tow your car in 10 minutes if you went somewhere else to run an errand. Then they extort you and force you to pay cash so you cannot dispute the charge.

This company needs stopped. Very disrespectful staff/owners. My vehicle was towed from a parking lot (paid with parkmobile) - they refused to share the time my vehicle was picked up. Police were involved (I called) - stated that this is a constant complaint of this company. Someone needs to investigate this SHADY place.

I parked, left my car running with my blinkers on, walked into a restaurant to pick up a delivery order, and 45 seconds later when I returned my car was being towed away. No explanation given. When I went to pick up my car and pay the towing fee, it was as though my presence physically and emotionally offended the person taking my payment. Predatory, shameless, horrible.

We accidently parked a couple of spaces off in our apartment complex. Our parking neighbor recognized our car and asked the tow driver wait for us to come downstairs and called us. The driver refused to wait - we could have been there in three minutes, paid any fee we owed and moved the car to our space. After tracking down where the car was towed and inquiring at the window why the driver did not wait - we were told it is not the driver's obligation to wait for us. When I inquired about the managers name, I was told they could not give it out. My inquiry was met with aggressive argument and blame. The next day, I called the company and received the most unprofessional, aggressive manager, if indeed it was a manager. The person who answered phone identified as the manager, who insisted that their drivers cannot wait - even a few moments - and that we were in the wrong parking in the wrong space. Even after I stated that we accidently parked in the wrong space and expected to pay whatever fee was due for their driver coming out, it is wrong for the driver to refuse to wait a few minutes to avoid the tow and if that is company policy they should consider changing it since it is unfair practice not to allow for resolution and payment on the spot. Again, the manager was extremely aggressive and argumentative. Blaming us for parking in the wrong space and basically saying we got what we deserved. Same tone and argument as the lady at the window. The "manager" said that I am angry like all the other people who get their cars towed. I said of course, because their practices are unfair and aggressive, so naturally people are angry. I explained that we were not looking to get out of paying the fee for our mistake but that we should have been granted the opportunity to come down and take care of paying the fee and moving the car. Bad Business Practice and Policy - Unprofessional and Aggressive Staff.

Multiple negative experiences with this company. Our company provides support services to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. I have had multiple staff's car towed even when the parking passes are clearly visible. Last night as staff had to pay $10.00 for them to let her car down. They reported that she had taken two spots, however, I was parked next to her and she was parked correctly. Another resident of the complex reported that they saw the driver pick up and move the car so he could "legally" tow the car. The tow truck driver engaged in racially disparaging remarks, and making statements about how stupid both staff and the other resident. Advanced Towing's office staff are just as rude and condescending. All around it is a predatory practice and do not appear to have any intention of changing their practices.

I was working Door Dash where I had to park and go into the shake shack and then I had to deliver upstairs. There is no parking at the pentagon city mall and Door Dash is a company that times you and you lose the contract if you do not get orders on time. So I quickly go up and come down and my car was gone. The girl is rude and has horrible hygiene.
