On Tuesday 1/4/2022, I was driving my car back to my residence when my back windshield shattered due to it been hit by a pile of snow. I got home and researched windshield repairs near me that's when I found (Discount Auto Glass- Ashburn, VA). I called and scheduled for repairs on that same day they came made the repairs and left tape on the top edges of the windshield and they advised us to leave the tape for 24 hours before removal. Next day (Wednesday) on assessment of the repair work, the windshield had a gap and was separated from the top roof of the car. I called the company several times no one was responsive, sent several text messages stating the dissatisfaction of the job done and needed for it to be completed properly. I got no responses for several days and when I finally messaged that I will be notifying the police, that's when I got a confirmation on Saturday that a representative from (Discount Auto Glass) will be over on Monday afternoon to finish the job. I contacted several glass repair companies throughout the week and got one to stop by the house to review the car on Saturday 1/08/2022 and see whether any correction can be made, I was told by the consultant that any repairs made to the car now will cause substantial damage to the body of the car that will require auto body repairs.
