On Dec. 21, 2022, I ordered over the phone from Nando's an order of "crispy wings" & brussel sprouts. I paid w/credit card (23.09). I went back to work. I bit into one of the wings. It wasn't crispy as I had ordered. It was pink to the bone. I called & lamented. I asked that another order be prepared & I'd be back. I went over w/the original order. I gave it back to the manager on duty. I decided I didn't want any of their food. He kept assuring me that the new order would be fine. I said no thank you. He rushed to give me a refund & only refunded the wings. I didn't know that before I left the restaurant. The next day I realized that he didn't refund me for the brussel sprouts. I went back over & he did a refund for them. I asked him how long does it take for a refund. He replied, I told you yesterday that it takes 7 to 10 business days. It's now January 11th & I still don't have my refund. I have reached out to their local corporate office many times. I've just been given the brushed. (it's because of the holidays and they don't know my refund hasn't been processed). The person that I've emailed was ***** ******. She last said that she's reached out to the area director. I am at my wit's end w/this debacle, any assistance from you would be much appreciated. Many thanks, ****** *********Customer response

To: Better Business Bureau <[email protected]>Hello,Nando's did refund my monies to my checking account (January 17th). They offered me a meal at either Woodbridge, Va or Springfield, Va location. I redeemed that meal offer last night. I have finished my business with them.
