Placed order on July 30 2023, didn't get shipment until several emails asking about where my order was. Once I finally received my order, it was wrong. I ordered 8 XL lamps received mediums. Reached out and ******** said she would make it right. Then they went silent. Disputed with credit card, they said I received the order. Which is true but it was incorrect items. I ordered an XL salt lamp and a 2lb bag of salt from them. Heard nothing for 5 weeks so sent an email inquiring. They got back to me and said my order will ship out within a week. I received my order a week later only to find that they sent me a Medium lamp and the 2 pound bag of salt. I called and left a message, no call back. Sent an email they asked me for pictures with a measurement which i provided. They asked me to weigh it as well but it wasn't heavy enough to register on my scale. They stopped answering me. I called again, left a message, no call back. Sent another email explaining everything and no email back. They just stopped answering. On their site they list the measurements of each size lamp. Clearly they sent me the wrong size lamp but will not answer me anymore.Initial Complaint

On October 30th, 2023 I ordered a salt lamp as a gift for my cousin who lives out of state. It is November 29th, 2023 and she still has not received it. I have made several attempts to contact Himalayan Trading Co. and they do not respond. There is no tracking number and no way to know if or when it was/or will be shipped. At this point I want a refund back to my original payment. I am giving Himalayan Trading Company the opportunity to do the right thing before I contact my credit card company and begin leaving bad reviews.Initial Complaint

I ordered a replacement dimmer cord and wire for my salt lamp on Aug. 17, 2023. I was given an order confirmation email and no other communication was provided to me. On September 10, 2023, I emailed the company asking for order info as I had heard nothing about since the order confirmation on 8/17. They responded on Sept. 11, 2023 with a message that said "worry not, all orders will ship in the next few days." This email was from ******************** at Himalayan Trading Company. What followed was a confirmation that a pre-shipping label was created for my item on September 20th. Myh item has now been in limbo in "pre-shipment info" phase for more than a month. I emailed them again Oct. 10, 2023 telling them I want a refund. I have not heard back from them at all. I want my money back.Initial Complaint

Ordered and paid for product on 09.13.2023 Order *********** I still have not received any shipping information or confirmation this product is still available.Sent this company an email requesting a refund back to the card it was charged upon. I made a purchase for 6 large salt lamps on 6/1/23. I spent $189.95 and today is 10/12/23 and I still have not received them. I have sent numerous emails only to get one response on 7/11/23 saying they would forward it to their manager and it’s been 2 months since then and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve even left many voicemails. On 8/22/23, I purchased products with Himalayan Trading Company. On 9/16, I reached out to the company as I had no received notification the order had shipped. I was told by the company it would be shipped out in a few days and they would expedite the shipping on the order. On 9/19, I received an email with a tracking number for USPS saying the order was on the way. On 9/28, after not receiving the order, I checked USPS tracking and it stated that USPS is still awaiting the item from the company to be able to ship it. I emailed the company asking for an explanation and received no response. On 9/29, I emailed again saying I have not heard back and want to know why my order has not been sent to USPS. I received no response. On 10/4, I contacted the company and stated I wanted a refund. No response. As of today, the USPS status still states, "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on September 20, 2023 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available."Initial Complaint

Order *********** placed on 09/01/2023 in the amount of $102.70 for two salt lamps, replacement dimmer cord/wire, and replacement bulbs. There was a delay in shipping so I emailed on 09/06/2023 to confirm the order was received by the business. They confirmed on 09/07/2023 the order was received and they stated they would expedite shipping. A shipping label was created but then sat waiting for pick up from the carrier for six days. I emailed again on 09/15/2023 requesting to have the order cancelled as the products would not arrive in time for the purpose they were ordered. I received an email the same day (09/15/2023) stating the order was forwarded to the warehouse manager for cancellation. I followed up five days later on 09/20/2023 to confirm the order was able to be cancelled as the shipping label was still showing as pending pick up from carrier. I received no response from this email or the second one I placed on 09/23/2023. I then left a voicemail with Customer service (************) on 09/29/2023 with no return call. I called again today 10/05/2023 and realized all options from the directory require you to leave a voicemail and you are unable to speak to anyone. I have attached all emails referenced in this complaint. Any assistance from BBB is greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

On 12/3/2022 I ordered two salt lamps, one was an original large salt lamp that was a gift to my sister who lives in CA. This lamp was delivered before Christmas, and while it had a broken bulb was otherwise a problemless process. I live in OH and ordered a lamp for myself, the rare Grey salt lamp, that still remains undelivered almost 10 months later. They initially had sent me emails saying it was on back order, there was good and pleasant responses from the company through February. My last email from them on 2/22 stated they were still delayed but expected the product my March. My subsequent emails in April and then September have gone without response (Emails attached). I have called and left messages in the months in-between those emails with no response. Any extension you select when you call (placing orders, wholesale, customer service) all ring without answer. I have messaged them on ******** and ********* as a last resort but do not expect at this point to hear from them. I'm assuming they went under or are now scamming customers. The sad part is...I still really want the lamp.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Original Himalayan Salt Lamp (Large) x 1 for $49.97 on August 1, 2023 from the Himalayan Trading Co. (order #***********). It has been nearly 2 months and I still have not received the product I ordered and customer support will not respond my request for a refund. I received a response to my first email to customer support on August 9, 2023 asking for a shipping update in which they claimed they ran into a small issue as our shipment was delayed due to global shipping delay. Worry not, we will ship all orders within the next few days. I also notified our warehouse manager to expedite the shipping process of your order. I emailed customer support again on September 13, 2023 and September 16, 2023 requesting a refund and in the latter email I indicate I would file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney generals consumer protection office and I have only received automated email responses. I then called them on or around September 19, 2023 and left a voicemail indicating I will file complaints against them and still no response. Himalayan Trading Co. is committing fraud by charging customers for product they never receive.
