We purchased blinds from this business in August 2021. Everything about our experience working with this business was a hassle and not pleasant. When we went to the store, the woman working told us she knew nothing about the blinds. We ordered from a sales rep who ended up leaving the company, so we were emailing her with no response. When our blinds were installed, they were the wrong color. We were told by the installer that he could either take our check and leave the wrong blinds up or take them down and we could pay when the correct blinds were installed. My husband was being admitted to the hospital at that exact moment and I didnt have time to wait for him to take them down, so I was forced to hand over the check. The installer also took our blinds that he took down without asking, which seemed really shady. The office manager *************************** seemed nice, but after repeated requests, has failed to put us in contact with the owner. Instead she keeps telling us she will give him the message, and then nothing. She hasnt even responded to our last emails. At this point, we do not know how to get in contact with the owner and believe that the owner of a business should address a clients concerns, not ignore them. We would like the owner of this business to contact us and ultimately a partial refund for all of the hassle this company has put us through and the time they have cost us.
