Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from Steve Hill on February 4, 2020 under the impression it was a pre-owned, never wrecked(no wrecks on carfax or autochecker), and was pleased with my purchase until a light came on the dash, since February I have tried getting the light fixed under written promise that several things would be fixed/changed, and they have not remedied the problem. I also asked him to have the suspension looked at to verify a rubbing/squeaking noise was nothing major, they vehemently told me that nothing was wrong with my suspension, that everything looked perfect. After getting my oil changed I was informed that all 4 of my ball joints are going out and have been since I bought the truck back in February based on my information and explanation of problems. I was told that it, and I quote, "It's not our promblem now." Two days ago, on August 11, 2022, I spoke with the original owner of the truck who informed me that in fact the truck was wrecked, and almost the whole cab was rebuilt minus the front and back drivers side door. Steve Hill hid that fact from me and sold me the vehicle under the impression it wasn't wrecked, and continuously avoids my phone calls or has his manager ****** give my wife and I the run-around. I would just like my truck fixed as promised.
