Poor business ethics and false contract agreement. Does not honor contract and manipulates system. Abandoned job sight leaving hole not filled in, had to be asked to come back and fill hole in. Only does mud\dirt wells if hits rock they abandoned job but demand payment for job. Very unprofessional to work with.

In response to the negative comment by ******** *****. ***** & ******** ***** signed a contract with our company to have a residential well drilled. Our company went to the property where they are building a new home with ******** **** ********. We mobilized our equipment and prepared to drill them a well. We spent a day drilling a well and hit bedrock at 200'. Our drilling equipment is Mud Rotary not Air Rotary (Rock). When we hit bedrock this prevented our company from being able to install a well. . This has been explained in detail in a letter to the ******* dated 3/4/22. ******** **** ******** and our company agreed to leave the hole we drilled open in anticipation that the "Rock driller" would be able to use the same hole. Once it was decided that the rock driller would not use the hole, we returned to the property an abandoned the hole. With mobilization of our equipment, drilling & labor, we have well over $******* invested in this job. I received a phone call from ******** **** ******** asking if the ******* would be responsible for the contract price of the well. It was explained they would not have to pay the contract price, but would be charged for a portion, but our company would be fair. Our company billed the ******* half of the cost we incurred. Even though this has been explained, the ******* cannot understand that we are not equipped to drill in rock. OUR COMPANY CANNOT DRILL THIS WELL, DUE TO THE FACT WE CANNOT DRILL IN ROCK.Review from Emil D

We had no water at two different times. Once was a pressure switch and then needed a new tank. Bubba came out and both times he completed the job and we had water again.
