      Contract signed with Right Choice Seamless Gutters on 8/30/2021, with 3 year labor and 20 year material finish warranty, for installation of new gutters and downspouts; cost $****.. Installation was on 9/28/2021; ***** *****, owner, was given checks for the full amount, $******** I was told I'd be "a satisfied customer". Rain occurred. I called Right Choice Gutters on 10/5/21 to report gutter installation problems and to schedule repairs to correct gutter overflows, leaks at seams of downspouts, water streaming between gutter and fascia boards. Repeated calls were made to the company on 10/12, 10/26,11/12,11/29, 12/1, 12/3, and 12/20/2021 to schedule repairs. ***** *****, owner, did return my 11/29 call. He assured me that he would do the repairs on 12/1. A company representative called that day and cancelled the appointment. To date, no one from the company has contacted me to schedule and fix these faulty installation mistakes.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I received a brief voicemail from ***** *****, owner, Right Choice Seamless Gutters, on Thursday, January 27th. I returned the call.  ***** scheduled repair work for Tuesday, February 1 at 9:00 am.  At 9:25 am, I received a text from him stating that gutters were frozen and he would need to reschedule for later in the week.  I replied that was fine and to let me know if he planned to come on Thursday or Friday. No response was received.

      On the morning of Tuesday, March 15, ***** showed up , unannounced, at our home.  No one was home. When I arrived at 11:45, he informed me that he had walked the roof, taken pictures, and found no problems with the gutters. I reviewed the continuing issues with the gutters plus the  multiple attempts to contact him in 2021 and his failure to communicate the past 5 weeks. Our alternative for addressing the gutter issues was to contact another vendor.  ***** insisted that there were no problems with our gutters.  My documentation of the rains of March 22  showed the same, persistent gutter problems.  ***** ***** has not been responsive to these problems with his gutter installation, contrary to the guarantee in his contract.  He is either unwilling or unable to execute that contractual guarantee.  Therefore, I am proceeding with another vendor.

      At this time, I have not received any communication from Right Choice Seamless Gutters regarding complaint ID *********

      On 09-17-21 Right Choice Seamless Gutters, LLC came out to in stall gutters. The amount paid $*******. The commitment was to installed Leaf Solution-20 year no clog warranty with gutters and downspouts. The reason for this complaint is the end of the gutters all around the house is not sealed. Some areas are more open than others. We are concerned about the validity of the warranty if the gutter ends were not sealed properly. These openings are are significant enough that debris, dirt, leaves, small bird, etc can get inside of gutters and potentially clog them. We called, sent emails and sent pictures. Intially, Frances told us that it was suppose to be that way and nothing should be able to get in. After numeral calls and emails. On Sept 29, 2021, she called back and sent email stating the install manager agreed and will order end caps and asked "if there was any days in the near future that isn't accomodating to your schedule?" We assume we were going to hear back but have not heard anything. We have a called and sent at least 4 emails since that date with no response. Job number HA3. We are requesting refund of $******.
