      I contacted Environmental Pest Control to take care of a mole infestation in my yard. The inspector came out on 26 October, and the actual service took place on 31 October (after they canceled another day because equipment wouldn't work). ****, the tech, who was great, mentioned that if we saw any sign at all of activity after the thorough fumigation treatment, to just call and they would take care of us.After about a week, mole activity tripled in the treated area and spread beyond to other areas. I called the company on 12 November, and the lady who answered told me in a grave tone that nothing about a warranty was on my paperwork. I told her that if it was a separate option, I would have paid for it, but was told that the work was "guaranteed." She said I should talk to the inspector, as he might be able to help me out. She would have him call me back. I didn't hear anything, so I call again on 15 November. He then called me back, and sounded very sympathetic, saying that he would get me squared away and would work something out with his boss. He would call me back, not to worry. Not hearing anything, again, I called him back the 18th and 30th of November with no answer. I tried again to no avail on 2 December, then called the company main line again. Another lady told me she would look into this and call me back. Just at that time, the inspector texted me, asking who I was, then remembered, and said "the company should have reached out to you no warranty on the job. My boss said re-treat is going to cost." I still haven't heard back from the main office. As you can see, I maintained a steady pace of keeping in touch with the company, and they disregarded my situation and their failed work, routinely not calling me back and not delivering on promises. In addition to them telling me the work was guaranteed as detailed above, their website even says "Protection plan with 100% guarantee"

      Beware of Deceptive Practices and ********************** WHERE IS THE OWNER??Review:I had a deeply frustrating experience with Environmental Pest Control in ********** **. I believe others should be aware of before considering their services. Heres a summary of my issues:Contract Requirement: I was required to sign a contract just to schedule an appointment, which is highly unusual and a red flag. This practice made me uncomfortable from the start.Inconsistent Pricing: I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I received the written quote, it was significantly different. This discrepancy suggests a lack of transparency in their pricing. After bringing concerns to the customer support via email and on the phone, a new contract was generated and it still was not correct. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and was told by the "billing manager" I will not be talking to the owner. He would not let me speak to the owner at all.Difficult Cancellation Process: When I tried to cancel my appointment due to their inability to assist with my issue, the cancellation process was nearly impossible. They made it extremely difficult to cancel without facing significant hurdles.Billing Issues: Despite canceling services, they refused to correct the billing errors and claimed they had no record of my cancellation. They demanded payment for services I never received, and when I asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly denied and told that no one would sign off on written correspondence.Threats and Legal Issues: They threatened me with collection notices and have since reported the issue to my credit. I had to get a lawyer.Overall, my experience with this deceptive scammy company has been marked by deceptive practices, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior. I do not understand how they continue to operate under these conditions. I strongly advise potential customers to not use this company at all.

      ******, I am sorry to hear your experience with our company was not a positive one.A couple things I would like to note out front.1) You have paid us $0 for multiple services at your home. The card you provided us was not a good card and was declined.2) You told my employee to "F@#k Off" and called him a "F@% F@#k". This is tantamount to hate speech - we do have a recording of it and If you don't stop slandering and bad-mouthing our company I will take you to court.3) Yes, customers that do not pay us for agreements we have clearly fulfilled are at times sent to collections after 90 days of emails, calls, and texts attempting to work with them and get any issues they may have resolved.4) As an owner of this company, if someone respectfully wants to communicate with me I will make time for them. I have been behind the scenes assisting in this situation. I am aware of your concerns with the service provided (You claimed we misdiagnosed the issue and that it wasn't mice, but a Raccoon. We came out for an additional inspection, but found no proof of Raccoons). I have heard and seen how you have acted and treated my employees and I have no desire to speak with you on the phone.We worked very hard to take care of our customers. I am unaware of us ever requiring any one to sign an agreement prior to receiving an inspection. We offer free Inspections and do not require anyone to sign an agreement prior to us coming out to inspect the home and provide a free quote. As for pricing we do have a base price where pricing typically starts at, but at times we may get out to a home and find that there is more that is required or needed. We are a reputable company - you have paid us nothing for the work we have performed. What exactly did you need a lawyer for?? You didn't pay us anything.
