paid cash for 2016 ford escape jan. 2023 dec.2023 transmission went out was under warranty. was w/o vehicle until Feb. 2024 vehicle has had to be towed several times since then due to axels,one had a busted boot and had zip tie holding it together also hill assist,abs,4wd all went out.I reached out to GM robbie ****** and he was bery rude he treated/talked to me like I was beneath him.I mentioned lemon law to him and he told me the state of VA has no lemon law and that coles could sale any type of vehicles they wanted to.especially as is I stated that mine was not an as is he then tried over talking me and when I went on to say that I would go to a lawyer he tried bullying me by saying/demanding that he would pay up. to $600 dollars of whatever the warranty didn't cover and then demanded that I was going to sign a paper to dhut up about and be the end of it I said I would not sign nothing and he stated in so many words that I would sign it or else(I told him that I was recording our conversation and he stated thst our conversation was over but yet he continued to try to make demands of me). the vehicle has had some repairs and he paid a little over $100 while he was on vacation I took bills to office the sub manager kept me waiting in lobby over an hour while she was on phone with him discussing how she was going to deal with me she did start out smirking until I let her know also that I was recording our convo to cover both our backs then she became a little better at talking with me and promised to uphold robbie's word of paying up to $600. last week ******* **** ********** did more repairs and total was $226.43 robbie's words were I'm not paying it I will pay half when I reminded him of it not being at $600 yet he spat at me "yeah well I ain't paying it".I had to scramble to try to get the rest of the money to get my vehicle or I would've been stranded trying to get home.once upon a time I would have referred coles to others but robbie changed my mind.

Their vehicles are not worth it. Had trouble after 4 months. Transmission issues and other work done on it. Not worth the time or effort to go there to look at their vehicles.

Cole Auto Outlet and ***** ********* is a JOKE!! If they will screw a Veteran they will screw you too. Tabitha was accepting our monthly payment that we always pay on the 3rd of the month. Tomorrow is the third they have a repo try and pick up our vehicle. Luckily we weren’t home. We have done everything these people wanted us to do then turn around and try and repo our vehicle. This business and finance company is a complete joke!!
