********************* and *********************** promised they would run *********************** on the investor (myself) behalf. Campaigns cost 4K, are they guaranteed the 4K back at the 30 day campaign, and a split in the profits that the campaign earned. The initial investment cost 12K plus the 4K for the first ad campaign. For 5 months this ran smoothly, then they ghosted all their investors after sending a letter saying they had to temporarily suspend their *********************** until their legal team authorized them to engage again. Almost a year later, no contact. I filed a W-9 with them last year and heard nothing this year.

0n or about 07/10/2023 I invested $16 k with this company . They loaned me the cash . The promise was to invest 4K for a marketing campaign every month and get a return in investment of between 4K-10k . The first few months was fine . But we got an email on or about 08/25/2023 that the company had run into some issues and will contact me ( other members) with the next steps on or before 09/05/2023.After that date no email or communication of any kind came .I sent them at least 4 emails to follow up on what to do or get my money back guarantee as they had promised . I was still paying the loan I had taken with them which was being serviced by a third party company .Up to now there has been no response. Phone calls go unanswered.I have seen several complaints on the internet and this organization needs to be investigated for fraud !

I began business with Online Academy in October 2022. Their business model consisted of a startup fee ($12,000) as well as a monthly ad campaign purchase of $4,000. Every month, following the completion of an ad campaign, Online Academy would distribute a commission payment anywhere between $4,000 and $10,000. Between October 2022 to July 2023, everything was running smoothly. However, I have not received any payouts for my last two ***********************. I had received a notification that all activity had been temporarily halted with Online Academy, and I should receive an update by September 5, 2023. I have received no communication since then, even though I have attempted to contact them by email multiple times. I have even tried calling the co-founder of the company, whose contact I have. He has blocked my number and pretended to be unable to hear me on one call and is no longer communicating with me as well. I believe this is indicative of a scam or illegitimate behavior. I would like to be compensated accordingly.I would like a refund/credit, minimally, for the balance I am owed in regards to the anytime money-back guarantee clause, which equates to approximately $11,500. Ideally, I would also like some additional compensation, but this is optional.Furthermore, there is a ************** currently located at ************************************************************************* full of hundreds of other victims of this scam. We are all in the midst of attempting to file for extensive legal action. Complaints have already been filed to several banks and attorneys along with the **** After recent contact with the aforementioned co-founder (***********************), it has been determined that he has been terminated from the company and points past Online Academy users/contacts to this **************. This is clearly an illegitimate and predatory scheme, and legal action should be taken to provide compensation to those who have been affected. Thank you!

I paid ****** to online academy LLC as a retainer (12k) and initial campaign (4k) with a signed contract stating that 100% of funds would be returned upon termination of the contract for any reason. The contract was terminated and now the company has gone dark. Myself and about 200 other individuals have been defrauded similar amounts of money.

Upon seeing an advertisement for Online Academy, LLC in November of 2022, I was convinced to invest in their program based on the promises they made. They required a substantial upfront investment of $16,000 and a monthly financial commitment of $4,000. In return, they pledged returns higher than the monthly investment. However, on August 25th, the company sent out an email and after that unilaterally terminated all activities including payouts and ceased all forms of communication. They currently owe me a total of $18,000, which consists of my initial investment as well as 2 campaigns each of those were $4000 which they had guaranteed. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them via email, and phone, I have been met with total silence. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also suspicious, raising concerns about the legitimacy of their operation. The emotional and financial toll this experience has taken on me has been considerable. I have incurred debt to meet their financial demands and have suffered undue stress waiting for their promised returns. This has affected my well-being and shaken my trust in investment opportunities.I strongly believe that Online Academy, LLC should be held accountable for their actions, or rather, their inaction, and that this matter should be thoroughly investigated to protect other potential investors from experiencing the same difficulties I have faced."
