Mr. Gonzalez was paid for purchasing and installing gutters for our garage and has never came back to the job after multiple attempts through calls and texts and promises from him that he would be here.Business response

I hired this company to fix the roof of my house . He told me he could it only on weekends which I agreed. He asked me to give him $16,000 in full and I paid the whole amount with 2 checks . 4 weekends passed by and he was always making an excuse and never had time to star the project . He was not answering my calls so I found out his email on internet and emailed him. I told him that I was going to proceed legally and he told me he was going to give me my money back . He said he had sent me a cashier check on Nov 20/22 and so far the check has not arrived . On Friday 12/02 he told me if I did not get the check he was going to meet me either Saturday or Sunday to give me a check from his company . I sent him *** ******* asking him what time we were going to meet to give me my money back and he never replied .Business response
