      In March of 2022, I paid $71 for a portable air purifier and replacement pads. This product worked for a few months before the purifier starting making loud, rattling noises every time I turned it on. This renders it unusable as it's purportedly a silent machine. I eventually found the website I bought it from, what used to be The Pure Company and is now Allergy Buyers Club, and went to the contact form to send in my request for a refund or new product. After filling it all out, I hit 'Submit' and every time I try to do so, I get a notice for a Bad Gateway, rendering me unable to contact the company by email. I then tried to call the 24/7 Customer Service line so that I could leave a message with my request, but every time I am prompted to press '1' to leave a message, the line disconnects. This business is doing their best to make it impossible to reach them so that they are not held accountable for their faulty products.

      We apologize for the delayed response to ******* ********** regarding her portable Air Purifier not working.Allergy Buyers Customer service may be reached at ************ on Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm (Eastern Time). *************************If a portable purifier starts making loud, rattling noises it may have encountered a break during shipment or has been dropped.We are happy to send a replacement portable Air Purifier on Monday, February 6, 2023 at no cost and will send an email to ****** with the tracking number and delivery date.*Note - the Portable Air Purifier Wrap Rose Gold Marble was discontinued and was not shipped on the original order, so we refunded ****** the $16.55 on 3/29/2022.Regards,**** *********

      Ordered on their website, told me it would ship that day. Had to call twice to get an answer on the shipping after a week. 1st person wouldn't help, 2nd person gave me a tracking number that was just created. You can not email anyone on the site, it errors out. You try and leave a message and it just hangs up on you. Starting to think this is a scam company. Will report them to my credit card since I have no product and no way of knowing if I will receive it.

      So sorry to hear of the inconvenience experienced by ******* ********* on 1-20-2023. The customer may order on www.allergybuyersclub.com and should receive a confirmation of their order on the same screen, as the system provides a 7-digit number. The Allery Buyers customer service phone number is ###-###-####, that is answered from 9:00am until 7:00pm (Eastern time) Monday through Friday. Messages are checked and returned on the next business day. We searched our system and do not show any order or cancellation on a ******* ********* or *********************.If we may be of further assistance, please call ###-###-####.

      We discovered the order is under ***** ********* dated 1-17-2023, not ******* *********. **** ************   1-25-23 per ********* email she only received 1 of the 4 items she ordered w/tracking numbers. On 1-26-23 ********* spoke with her about her remaining 3 items and advised the date of *** would deliver. ********* also refunded ******* $50.00 as a customer courtesy to address the shipment delay and her inconvenience. Issued refund $50 to the ABC credit card on 1/27/2023, afterwards email to ******* to advise they needed to activate the credit card for the refund.  ******* emailed back on 1-30-23 saying that the order she had with the 2 Portable Air Purifiers only had 1 unit in the box. I processed another order of 2 Portable Air purifiers regarding the missing unit and sent it 2-day Air at no cost. Order was delivered on  2-1-23 at 4:27pm.   Overall, customer ***** ********* purchased and received 2 Eco Air, 3 Portable Air Purifiers (2 free) and a $50 credit.  ******* confirmed acceptance of the products and the credit.    Regards, **** ********* Director, Risk Management ************

      In August I called allergy Buyers Club and told them I needed to purchase an Austin air purifier. They told me the Austin wasn't a great machine and the AirPura was far superior. I told them I had severe allergies sometimes asthma and that I have three dogs and I agreed to go with their choice. I ran the machine in my bedroom and noticed that my symptoms were getting far worse and suggested a return, they convinced me to move it around and run it at different speeds and said it was the best allergy machine on the market. My migraine headaches and my congestion were much worse with the machine running especially at high speed. I called them to return and they told me I could not that it had exceeded the time. I told them they should have pointed that out to me in the many conversations instead of trying to convince me to keep it. I called a representative at Air Pura and he informed me the machine was not for allergies it was for VOC's and that it was a very powerful machine and that my symptoms could possibly be getting worse because of the type of filter. I told a Rep at allergy buyers this and he claimed the Rep at Air Pura was wrong and basically accused him of being dishonest about his own product. The representative at Air Pura informed me that they had asked ABC for all of the correspondence, ABC sent me an email stating they just said no never mentioned the correspondence. Allergy Buyers Club has been dishonest with me from the start and they have compromised my health. ABC lied to me about the type of machine I was purchasing On the shipment receipt that ABC sent to me it states the machine is an Air Pura V 600 pet air purifier, they also have this on their website however if you go to the Air Pura website it says it's for wildfires and VOC’s and Air Pura told me that's why there is a V in front of the 600 it stands for VOCS. The amount I paid was $799 the tracking number was *** ********* 8/27/21 AP never received any phone correspondence

      Thank you for notifying us of the complaint filed by Ms. ********* regarding her return & refund request of an AirPura V-600 unit. Our records indicate that Ms. ********* was provided with a return authorization number (*************), along with detailed instructions on how to return the unit and process the refund request. We did not receive any further correspondence regarding her request.On 10/22/2021 Ms. ********* contacted customer service to request another return authorization number to return the item. She was advised that due to the expiration of the 30-day guideline for returns, that AirPura would no longer be able to be honor her request due to the length of time that had passed. The expectations and guidelines were communicated to her in the return instructions that were sent along with the original return authorization requestAll the information provided to Ms. ********* regarding specifications of the unit were provided by a tenured customer service associate that accessed the information directly from the AirPura website, which recommended this unit for her circumstances.As a one-time courtesy, we have issued Ms. ********* a full refund in the amount of $764.98 on 11/3/2021, Which will be credited to her account within 3-7 business days.
