If for any reason within the first 30 days after your purchase you are not completely satisfied with your order, send it back to us using our simple-to-follow procedures below.
      If your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and pay all shipping costs to and from your location. We request that all customers keep their original packaging for potential re-shipping of the unit. Please review the following guidelines for defective product returns:

      We will work with you to create an official RA (return label) for your defective product that will get your replacement unit shipped as quickly as possible.
      Upon receipt of the returned unit, Allergy Buyers Group will send the customer a replacement unit.
      Items must be returned undamaged and with all original packaging, manuals, remotes and accessories. Any exceptions to this may result in additional restocking fees up to the complete cost of the product (dependent on the level of damage/absent items).
      If you would like to return or exchange your unit within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to help you with that as well. Please review the following guidelines for returning or exchanging units:

      Our team will help you through the process of creating an official RA (return label).
      If you would like to exchange your original product, we will create the new order for you.
      Upon our receipt of your returned item(s), we will issue you a refund or we will ship you your new item(s) if you requested an exchange.
      Items must be returned at consumer’s expense in like-new and undamaged condition with all original packaging, manuals, remotes and accessories. Any exceptions to this may result in additional restocking fees up to the complete cost of the product (dependent on level of damage/absent items).
      Due to processing times, your refund may take up to 5-7 business days to show on your bank account.
      Please make sure to contact us before returning your product(s). Due to the higher risk of loss without an RA for us to track, any product(s) shipped back to us without the proper RA (return label) procedure will be turned away by our shipping team. We take no responsibility for tracking any returns that are not handled through the proper RA procedure.
      All items are returnable with these exceptions:
      Royal Pedic mattresses are custom made, therefore we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
      Replacement filters and pads, vacuum filters, replacement water filters, rugs and rug grippers, respirators, custom-sized furnace filters.
      Crib mattresses, adjustable beds, organic mattresses and organic mattress pads.
      All custom-ordered bedding products: Kumi Kookoon, SDH, Indika, Euphoria, Cotton Fresh, Eiderdown/Siberian, Purist, Ygle and Legna Seville lines of bedding; Guardian, BoAir, Vermont Furniture and Healthy Choice.
      All opened bedding products (i.e. pillows, pillow cases, comforters, sheets, encasings).
      Furniture (Pacific Rim, Vermont Furniture, Healthy Choice and Royal Pedic).
      Nasal irrigators and sinus care products that have been opened and used.
      Airfree and Stadler Form products
      We will only accept exchanges for air conditioners, furnace filters (standard sizes), particle counters (IQ Air) and Ebac, Fral, WhiteWing Defender and DezAir dehumidifiers.
