We accidentally booked axe throwing online for the wrong night and immediately tried to call and change the booking to the correct night. It took multiple days to get a hold of anyone because there is no way to call and speak to a person. Ultimately, I was able to speak to someone virtually through FB messenger. I explained the issue and they said they cancelled the original reservation and made us a new one on the correct date. However, they charged us twice, for each reservation. I spoke to them again through FB messenger, and they said they would refund our money. They did not. I contacted them again. They said sorry and that they'd fix it and get us our money. We still didnt get the refund and now they won't respond to my FB messages. Leaving us no way to contact them except to go in person, which is not very convenient for us.Customer response
