            BBB unable to locate business
            On Sept. 15 2021, I attempted to purchase a right passenger door for a 2014 ***** ********. Matt W******* is who I spoke with. I made 2 payments through *****. One for $57 and one for $500. A total of $557. They were to ship a door to me. I received stupid door handle covers instead. I called them, they said the handles were a gift for the order and the door was on the way. I never received the door. I have all my documents saved and who I talked to. They will not return calls and hang up on me. They have told me they will return calls but did not. I'm still out $557. I can send documents if needed. Thanks ****.

            I order 3 items received only 1 correct order Trunk lift. They sent some muffler that doesn't even go on a Mercedes-Benz. They never sent the bumper. Was supposed to refund my money. This has been gone on since July of 2021, it is now June 2022. All they do is give lies from it will refund to accounts hacked to filed bankruptcy, never providing any proof. They no longer answer calls. This company owes me $850. A class action suit against these people are required. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
