If I could leave half a star, I would. I ordered Ranchero Laser Stripes to install on my Ford Ranchero. I had them installed by my daughter who owns a very successful wrap business - so she knows what she is doing. After affixing the stripes and allowing them to completely dry, I then waxed my vehicle. The stripes immediately began coming off onto my hands and rag. The company did not provide any after-care instructions with the vinyl stripes they mailed - nor did their website have any after-care instructions. There was also no UV clear coat or over laminate on they vinyl, which is most likely what resulted in the stripes disintegrating. I reached out directly to the company and politely and professionally explained my experience and requested a full refund of the product. Not only was the response condescending and rude, but was downright unprofessional. I had to read it through a couple of times to ensure it was actually coming from the company. I have never received a response so poor from a business. Poor products and great customer service can go a long way. So can great products and poor customer service. But when you combine poor products and poor customer service, it's a surprise this company is still in business.
