    I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this company in May 2023 who was recommended by ***. My wife and I were moving n had a moving truck. I called Chuck on a Sat night n advised that I had a flat rear tire at the ****** * ** ***** **** ***  Chuck advised that he was close to my location but did not have the tires in stock n that he would contact ******* in the morning. In the morning, I had contacted 2 ******** and only 1 had my tires in stock 13 mins away from me and also from Chucks garage. I then contacted Chuck in the morning around 8am who advised that he located 2 tires on Sat night but did not notify me of this. He advised that his driver (******) would be contacting me with the particulars (tires, service, etc). ****** never called and just showed up around 10am. Prior to that I then contacted *** again n set up a tow since i didn't hear from his driver. ****** had started to work on the vehicle n jacking it up stating that it would only take him 30/40 mins to mount two tires n balance. *** was sent away by ****** unknown to me. ****** took off with the two tires within twenty mins of his arrival but then took him over an hour n half to return. It took another hour to get my bill n for 3 hrs work. Overall the bill was 936 dollars and some change for 2 TIRES which included a $50 charge to run my credit card lol. According to google maps, the distance between my location n the garage was 13 mins n same to the Walmart. Basically it appears that I paid for alot of wasted time when I could have gotten a free tow to ******* 13 mins away paid for 2 tires $300 and a mount for HALF the cost.

    THE WORST PLACE in the world to get stranded and broken down .. if you do you’re done . Once they have your car , they will give you their asses to kiss . Overcharging for labor , parts and everything more . They towed us off the highway to a hotel and didn’t have a care in the world how we were getting car back . The bill came to $1053 just for a FUEL PUMP !! if you must please go elsewhere. Gave us an attitude over the phone throughout the whole process . Lied to us multiple times about the status of our vehicle and had us waiting for broken promises for 48 hours . We had 2 children with us . Horrible service if I could give a -10 I would . I highly do not recommend. I don’t even do reviews but this is the very start for me . I will not finish until they feel what we felt for 2 days . The worst mechanic and shop in the world .

    Tech went out and towed vehicle from **** ** ***** had to send out 2nd vehicle to haul passengers. Went to **** ** and dropped passengers off at ***** * ** **********, VA then towed vehicle back to our shop. - Completed: 6/5/2023 Complaint: Brought vehicle in first thing Monday morning to do diagnostics. Cause: Customer Request (Inspection) Labor Correction: Chassis / Chassis / Tech brought vehicle in the shop first thing Monday morning and found that the fuel pump was bad. Called customer and advised the fuel pump needed replacing, customer advised to order the part. The only place that could have it today was ********, customer approved for us to send someone to go pick up the part(Which was a hour drive to go get it). Once part arrived, back at our shop tech replaced fuel pump and stayed late to make sure it was finished and test drove unit. Customer wanted to pick up after hours and advised they would pay bill and to have tech leave vehicle outside running, because the battery is dead in vehicle and has to be jumpstarted. - Completed: 6/5/2023 2.00000 $125.00 $250.00 - Tow 3.00000 $125.00 $375.00 - Labor Parts Fuel Module - FG1053 1.00000 $217.00 Van Fee (to haul Passengers) $125.00 10% Fuel Surcharge $25.00 5% Card Fee $50.17 (5.3000% of $217.00) $11.50 Total $1,053.67 We also called someone back in afterhours because they were going to pay that night and get the car. The person was at shop waiting over an hour. We did everything to help them and feel sorry that they feel this way.
