First, a good indicator of how strong a practice is is defined by the staff supporting the doctors. On my *second* time walking into the clinic FOUR employees recognized me and called me by first name. They greeted me warmly and treated me as if we had known each other for years. Despite being in pain, this spoke volumes to me about the environment and care I could I expect to receive. Having visited numerous and various doctors offices over my life I'd grown accustom to the "Sign in here, please" or the slightly "I would rather not be at work" approach that you experience at a doctors office. The staff here clearly enjoyed what they did and were eager to help, and provide superior care. Second, the facilities. The office boasts a wide range of rehabilitation machines, treatment options, digital x-rays, and leverage current technology to communicate, treat, and diagnose the source of your ailments. This is the age we live in and it provides the doctors with every tool at their disposal to help you *heal* and to stay *healthy*. Their goal isn't to treat the pain, but to address the underlying problems and provide long term improved health. The technology available to them at this office greatly facilitates that and is absolutely top notch. I've saved the doctors for last because I cannot speak highly enough of their bedside manner, their skill at communicating what they see, how they address your questions and concerns, as well as the path they see forward to help you get healthy. My doctor patiently went through the intake forms, evaluated the digital x-rays, and then clearly communicated his observations and thoughts about what that information led to his decisions on a treatment plan, a rehabilitation plan, and a continued individual care plan. Dr Pete is exceptional. Should you find yourself in pain or are in need of a new practice, I can confidently say that this office will help you heal and provide you the best quality care you could hope for.
