On June 28, 2022, I dropped off my motorcycle to have the carburetor fixed. The attached invoice explains what I requested done. On July 21, 2022, the manager of Brooks Cycle told me that my bike was ready to be picked up. As I drove home, my bike still ran sluggish, like no repairs were made at all. I was in a hurry and did not have time to go back. I ended up getting another mechanic to work on it, and he said that the carburetor was full of rust and that the jets were clogged. So, he cleaned it out and put in the new jets in that I had provided to Brooks to use to "rebuild" my carburetor. Brooks Cycle charged me $480 for service plus $77.40 for a fictitious rebuild kit that they never installed. I had provided them one, but nothing in the carburetor was new, according the the mechanic. My mechanic rebuilt my carburetor with the rebuild kit that I had provided Brooks and made all the necessary adjustments to the fuel and air mix that I had requested Brooks to do. I realized that I had been defrauded by Brooks Cycle for $557.40 for services not rendered, and that all the Brooks mechanic did was squirt some carburetor cleaner inside and did not take it apart nor adjust anything. I could have replaced the carburetor with a brand new one for less than what Brooks charged me to "clean and rebuild" the old one. something they never did. I want the world to know that Brooks Cycle is a fraudulent business and want my money back for services not rendured.

We did a full carb rebuild on *** *********s motorcycle.  We also noted that he needed a tank flush.  He refused the tank flush.  After he took the bike, he moved to Florida and did not run the bike at all for over 6 months.  He was warned, as stated on his receipt, that if he does not run the bike, the carbs will get dirty again.  The condition of his bike is a result of his own negligence.  When I asked him for the receipt of the person that cleaned the carbs for him, he refused.  I suspect he is just trying to get some money out of us.

I asked for quote how much to repair the Atv. I was not told up front that they would charge $324.00 just to look at the Atv. This very unfair for someone to charge you and not tell you what it would cost just to look at the Atv. I would have said no to have Brooks cycles just look at my Atv. This is unfair, I paid the bill but there has to be some kind of refund.Thank you,

*** ********* was informed that we need at least 3 hours to get in to the machine and do a proper diagnostic.  He was also provided with a detailed report of everything that needs to be done to the bike.  He did not want to spend the money to get the job done, but we still need to get paid for the diagnostics.
