This company is a scam there’s no reviews that I can put anything this company took all my money and I am a female first time starting my business this Company $140,000 that this saying do you doing building a house for me get a permit and also each of me transfer my land under the company and I waiting waiting for the stress for one and a half years and in the transfer their company name with somebody else the transfer dinner money with somebody else to and you move that office for one police other please if you guys want it I have all the proof I can put it in if you the lawyer doesn’t do anything for me because the money was check from my bank and anybody put that if you and this company says the family or Family member this company is just 100% fraud and a scam For almost 2 years the play game with me making appointments can you ask me to come take Money and money there’s lady was helping me I met her and real estate meeting her name is Rosa she was the one to introduce this company and she was working there to listen listen now she’s disappear but anyways I was fine the way I need things to get this company down one day I give fuck you denial Robinson he was the first owner now is transfer to somebody else or female that’s her name was wendy Robinson fuck you all

Paid the first payment and after a few months I have not heard back from them. No one will answer their phone, voicemail or return an e mail.

Absolutely terrible organization. I have a valid contract with this company to build a residential home; initiated in January of 2021. They have essentially ceased all communication and stolen the considerable initial investment (my money) required to begin the project; and have avoided all attempts to respond to any form of communication. This is criminal activity and these humans will likely be incarcerated when the legal process catches up. Avoid this company at all cost. Everyone that uses a resource like the BBB is smart enough to identify the specific individuals associated with this organization through other search methods. Never do business with any of them in any capacity. FYI - The only 5 star review for this company was self written by the owner

President of this company ran into my car in the parking lot of his business. He claimed he was insured, and gave me his email and phone number. For months he would not return my calls or emails, so I filed a claim with my own insurance. Investigators discovered he had no valid insurance for his work truck at the time of the accident.

We gave them 2 lots to follow up with county so we can build ower house it took two years they have played games with us and we paid up front all the money and now they don’t want to have ower money and every time I go to there office they are closed or Dan is not there always making excuses that he is not here or he is on the field they need answer there phone I want everyone not to do business with this guys because they will take your money and you will never see it again

I know they withhold payments. They do not pay their subs and are able to cut down on their costs and put more money in their pocket. None the less this company should not get credit.

This company not honest! They contract services, agree to scope and fee, sign the contract, request tasks to be perform and are none responsive at any attempt to collect for services rendered.

This company does not pay it subcontractors and will not respond to calls not a great honest business.

They didn't pay their subcontractors and out of nowhere decided to ignore all calls and emails. They are on a lawsuit at the moment. Not a good GC to work with if you are a subcontractor.

2 months ago Zero stars. NO payment As the owner and opperator of Geibs Electric in Pennsylvania I would recommend you stay far away from this company. I was contracted to complete the Phoenix rehab facility in Gilbertsville pa. I worked though many project changes and delays with them to help keep them on schedule and completed the project with a final inspection on 4/16/21. I submitted invoice which was contracted for net 30. I have since been promised delayed ignored switched to different project managers and still have not recieved payment. I never got a deposit, a partial or the completion. I am owed over 13k for all the parts and labor and for a small business that is alot. I dont understand how you can hire people to complete work and then continue to ignore them. I have given them every benefit of the doubt only to continue to get no results. I hope this review protects someone else from going through the difficulties I have been through
