We live in an Evergreene home completed in 2022. We encountered a lot of issues, some caused by the supply chain but also some caused by shotty subcontractors and poor quality management by Evergreene. We discussed quality issues with Evergreen numerous times and were told if they fired the substandard subcontractors there would be no one to complete the work. It was disappointing to not get the quality we expected. We have a few outstanding issues we are still correcting, but many others we have reluctantly decided to accept.

House of our dreams and exceeded all of our expectations! We took our time to find a company whom we could trust to build our forever home, and we do not regret a thing. We often discuss how lucky we are to have this house and that it was the right decision to choose Evergreene. It is not easy to build a perfect home. It is a long process that requires a lot of dedication and time. Hence, you have to choose the best organization to partner with, such as Evergreene. They always try to be reasonable and do things right. We believe Evergreene did their best with our contract, especially in the current environment with all the delays and hurdles builders face on a daily basis. Special thanks to Melissa L., who is just such a wonderful and kind lady; Eduardo, who is so patient in the process; Petros and Jenny, who always tried to meet us half way. And thanks to so many other team-members who worked really hard to make it all happen. In our opinion, it is the people who work there that make Evergreene stand out and put them way above the competition. It is such an amazing team and great quality product. Evergreene helps people find their home, which is such an impactful role in other’s lives.

We live in a home built in 2019 by Evergreene Homes, Northern Virginia. During the project planning, we and the builder agreed and signed off on some items presented to us on builder's plans. Upon moving in, we found out that these items were different as represented to us. Evergreene Homes refused to remedy. In addition, other items such as some of the house gutters are overflowing, drainage tile is badly slugged by foundation dirt (just 1 year after installation!), about 60% of roof shingles are found defective, and driveway was not sealed leading tar to crumble. So regretfully we issue warning: Evergreene Homes potential buyers by aware of this builder!
