I've had this company for two years. They come around and clear a few cobwebs every other month and do basically nothing. I noticed a problem under my deck with mud ****** wasps nesting, so I called for service. First the service guy shows up early morning (8:30AM) after I was given an afternoon window (3-6pm). Then I showed him the problem under my deck. At first he kept saying, "I don't see any nests (There were about 3 in easy view but many more). Then, I showed him exactly where to look. He said, "Oh it was mud daubers -- It rained last night; they are gone." That was total BS. Rain does NOT make them leave their nests. Then, he said oh we cannot treat that because I cannot stand up???" What? I said you need to spray the nests to kill the insects. He then said: "I can't just go under there and spray ******nilly." No, I don't want you spraying all around "******nilly," just on the nests to kill the insects. In summary, it was clear this person had no incentive to handle a problem. Any type of problem or difficulty and they are like: "Sorry, Nope cannot do that, not part of our contract/service. They are used to just showing up and saying they did something. I paid for service for two years, but they won't get another dime from me. That's for sure.EcoShield Pest Control

Terrible company, terrible service. Currently dealing with a mouse infestation despite paying pest protection including mice for 4 years. Company refusing to assist despite them never having used any products to deter mice. They have also been avoiding letting me speak to management. Literal contract violation and false advertising for the types of pests they claim to remediate. To top it all off they offer a separate service up-charge to remove the mice despite never having treated for them in the first place. This issue of mice in my home has been going on for month with zero progress from Ecoshield. TLDR: Use a different pest company who will stand by their guarantees and contracts.EcoShield Pest Control

Ecoshield Came all summer, and even though they were out of here in five minutes I did not complain because a few of the technicians did stay and tried to get Rid of the mosquitoes, flies and ants. I never once had them come inside and do any extra work for me. When they set up an appointment they always texted me To make sure I would be home. They set up an appointment for November 21, 2024 but they didn’t text me, they emailed me and since I don’t open my emails every day I did not realize I had an appointment Until they came knocking at my door. It was very cold that day and raining so I told them it wasn’t the time to put anything on my lawn under the circumstances And there were no flies and mosquitoes out. Well they kept harassing me to set up an appointment when I looked on their website they say that mosquitoes ants and flies can be treated from April through October, This was November 21, it’s winter! Then I told them they could come back in the spring time and when they kept calling me I told them I was canceling. when the young man sold me the package he said if I’m not satisfied I can cancel they have been harassing me and sending me bills for $150 for cancellation fee. EcoShield is a scam business claiming to provide treatments that keep pests from your home. You are charged a premium for chemicals that you can buy at any hardware store and they fail to adequately apply them to keep pests from your home. Then if you try to end the service, they hound you relentlessly via emails, phone calls (messages) and texts, asking you to call them. Then when you call to cancel, they badger you over and over without getting them to stop service.EcoShield Pest Control

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in *********, ********. They are terrible, not responsive, and a mess to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They were not responsive for three weeks! They totally broke their contract and then when I cancelled the contract they charged me $150 for nothing. All attempts to arbitrate with them via phone and email was answered with poorly worded spelling and grammar. This is not a serious business and should be ashamed of their business model that promises big and then does not deliver, only to collect that $150 from anyone willing to listen.EcoShield Pest Control

EcoShield Pest Solution is a scam.. please dont fall for these guys, they came to my house knocking at the house so many times and act very nice with all the promises but they dont keep there words after the the first treatment my house for weeks ants still came in and eat my dog food.. they promised if I call they will came back to redo the treatment for me for free but when I called the company its a different story they refused to comeback they lied to me they dont care for customers at all so I canceled the service and they threatened me if dont pay for $151 cancellation fee they will send me to the collection company. This is disturbing, cruel, awful and dishonest and irresponsible company that I had ever seen before.EcoShield Pest Control

BIG SCAM and FRAUD These guys were behind me(knocking the door on every month) though I clearly told them several times not to approach my house.Out of frustrations and to avoid them permanently, I accepted their one-time service. But they haven't told me that it's a yearly contract. Now, they are literally block mailing and threatening me to pay $200 more to completely cancel the service. ECOSheild will not stand behind they agreement that they will retreat if the bugs get out of control we have more bugs now than we did before they started treating our house. **************** will hang up on you and refuse to support your request. **************** told me it was my fault we had the bugs and that we had to wait the full time for treatment and they will not support retreat in the house because it was our fault we had bugs. Company Came buy and I asked him how would I know they were going to be able to get ride of the bugs I had. I told them I would try them and then cancel if I did not see a result. They said nothing about a 1 year contract. In fact looking at the copy of the contract it is on the last page all by itself. There are still sugar ants crawling all over the place with eggs everywhere and if they cannot kill sugar ant I am not sure how anything they do will kill anything. My youngest got 19 bits in one day just out on the back deck. I told them to cancel their services and they said I had to pay for the discount they were giving me. They never told me about have to pay for services that they added for "free" if I cancelled. This was sold to me as a bi monthly service and so they made it sound like I could cancel. Of course they did not mention fees. Very very bad company practices. They advised that I continue for the full year and threatened to send me to collections. Ya I sure want to still with a company who's product does not work, but treats there customers like this and sells them on something without telling them the full picture. I 12 months required should be right were you are signing. They told me I had to sign so they could charge my card. Nothing about a 1 year commitment. they deserve zero stars.EcoShield Pest Control

EcoShield is clearly a predatory business preying on the unsuspecting by dropping by homes unannounced to recruit new clients with false promises to lock you in to a contract. I didn't have an opportunity to look up reviews or their service history before signing a contract when they showed up on my doorstep. I agreed to this contract if they'd be able to stop by the following day to perform their first service. The technician knocked on my door at the scheduled time the following day. I ran down, saw him as he was walking on the sidewalk and waved. We both acknowledged each other and I walked back inside leaving the door ajar for him to enter, which I assumed would be within seconds, but he never came back. I never left the premises and the backyard isn't accessible without me opening the gate, so there's no question the service was never performed. I called to speak with Ethan, the representative that signed me up to question what happened, and he said the technician performed the service on the front yard, which I knew wasn't true, but even if it was, it in no way explains why the rest of the home wasn't treated. I didn't receive a call to reschedule the service and saw thereafter that the charge had been put through on my CC. Given this experience, I called to cancel the service and requested a full refund having no desire to conduct business with a company that operates unethically. After several 30 minute - 1 hour phone calls with representatives, I was told they'd need to get back to me once they spoke with the local office to ensure the service wasn't performed and demanded proof of the service not being performed before they'd consider giving me a refund, which I of course was unable to provide. Their MO became clear at this point and after reading other online reviews I saw this is their pattern. EcoShield wants to lock you in to a contract, perform poorly or not at all and refuse to cancel the service without payment, including cancellation fees.EcoShield Pest Control
