We purchased 2 identical faucets produced by this manufacturer to use on our double vanity. Both faucets were installed in Jan/22. One faucet's finish has a manufacturer's defect which is causing it to deteriorate while the other faucet remains in good condition since it was finished correctly. This shows a manufacturer's defect only on one faucet.As per the manufacturer's website (https://www.bathselect.com/BathSelect-Warranty-Information-s/341.htm), there is no reason this should not be exchanged under their warranty:- "Bathroom fixtures will be free of all defects in material and workmanship that would impair the intended and proper use of the product as well as warrants against deterioration of the products finish for as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which the product is originally installed"While trying to email with the manufacturer to resolve the issue, they stated their website also says: "The above warranties do not cover labor charges or damage resulting from improper maintenance, repair, cleaning or installation, misuse, abuse, alterations, or accidents". However, the above does not apply since the faucet was NOT improperly maintained, repaired, cleaned, installed, misused, abused, altered, nor had any accidents.Both faucets were installed at the same time, used in the same double vanity, with the same water supply, cleaned the same way, and we use in the same frequency. I have attached a photo displaying the difference in the two faucets: one fine, and one deteriorating. I have also attached my email correspondence with the company trying to resolve the issue to which they have stopped responding after three follow-up attempts on my part.I would like to exchange the defective faucet.Initial Complaint

I purchased ****** at end of 2020 for a bath remodel by General Contractor and per contract I would have all supplies before work begins. The GC did not finish until November 2021. I have county inspection records to prove. Soon after shower head had high pitch noise. I contact company and they said its over a year. I explained the situation and eventually was asked to provide videos which I did and had to follow up twice as there was no reply. Final answer I need to buy a new one. No where in their website does it list residential exceptions as it does for commercial installation- it says 100% satisfaction. The product is defected and has been hardly used!
