I inherited a home in VA that needed a complete remodel and update so that I could sell it. I was getting very anxious about trying to accomplish a remodel while living in Louisiana. I received a letter in the mail from House Buyers of America, Inc. and decided to give them a call to see what the process would be selling the home "as-is". I was contacted by John, and we had a really good initial conversation. He said he would be able to meet me at the house the next time I was in town in a few weeks. Fast forward... John met me at the house, and we talked a little more. I gave him a price that I felt I could live with and not feel like I was leaving a lot of money on the table by trying to remodel and sell it myself. Worked with the title company and closed within 30 days (remote). The entire process was extremely easy!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to sell a home with no stress or hassle!
