      On June 29th the job was locked in with Mr. ********************** to buy and install a Generax also to do other odds and ends in our home the amount of money's was exchanged on June 29th $1800.00 July 8th $500.00 July 11th $600.00 July 11th $200.00 all four transactions was threw Pay Pal on July 18th $6000.00 was paid in cashier Check this was a total of **** with a balance of ******* left. Mr. ********************** started the work he has wires exposed out of the fuse panel box also my sheetrock is still tore up we had other commitments that we had to cancel do to the exsposal of the wires my grandson could not visit because of this. After going back and forth with Mr. ********************** dealing with his unprofessionalisume and his poor customer ********************** and profanity we hand our cousin to go over to let Mr. ********************** in on August the 10th to install the generator and do other electrical work he was a no show no call on August the 31st 2022 we tried to work with Mr. ********************** again we had our cousin go there again and Mr ********************** was a no show again after he arrange these two dates with my Husband and I. We have nevered dealt with someone so unprofessional like this before the lack of his customer ********************** skills and communications skills is the worse. We have tried to work with the owner ***** ********************** of **********************'s Electrical Service but he refuses to corroborate with us this has been the worse experience for my husband and I we no longer want Mr. ********************** to do any jobs we would like a full refund the stress and headaches he has caused us, and now we have to find someone else to finish the job of which alot of Electricians does not want to go behind others. My husband Explained to Mr. ********************** We gave him plenty of opportunity and time to fix things and to prove his self and his business name Mr. ********************** said he was on another job and could not talk with him then he texted a long message but never said if he was going to show up on Aug 31st my cousin went anyways because lack of communication from Mr. ********************** NO SHOW.

      Better Business Bureau: We will accept the offer to pay $1,000 a month  for the total amount of $9,000. We dont ever wish to have any services from JWHoward. We hoped thing would have been different an just want to put this behind us.

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
