I keep getting a postcard that says "This notice is regarding your mortgage with the United States Small Business Admin. We nee you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at **************." They have a mortgage ID on it, too. I feel this company is taking advantage of people in my area who had no choice but to get a loan from the *** after the flooding of July 2022.Initial Complaint

Received unsolicited **** mail from this business. Appears to be a misrepresentation and possibly fraudulent as it is misleading and the elderly, young, or inexperienced may believe the sender is actually their mortgage company.Initial Complaint

I have received NUMEROUS postcards in the mail since purchase of new home. Stating: Re: mortgage with "lenders name", we need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan, this is time sensitive.... This is a SCAM, and the information was provided by LeadPros, which I've NEVER done any business with them or their affiliates and have no idea who they are or how the obtained the name of my mortgage company, who is leaking the information to them? Seeing this is delivered by ***** word travels fast in the neighborhood and is making me and my family look like we are in trouble with our mortgage company. They are providing scammers information and I want my information removed from their system and removed from any type of mailing list!!!Initial Complaint

9/19/2023- I have been getting postcards from LeadPros for the last month, since closing on my house purchase. I did not ask for this information, and do not want whatever they are offereing. I know it to be a scam. I want my information removed from any and all databases to ensure I no longer receive these stupid postcards.Initial Complaint

I have received two post cards from LeadPros in the mail over the past few weeks, the second one received today, August 8, containing the following text: "This notice is regarding your mortgage with. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at ************ as soon as possible." The card also lists the number ************. This card is deceptive and does not provide a means to respond in writing. I did not call because I did not want to be the victim of fraud. I reported this scam to the Attorney General of VA as I believe it is in violation of the ** ************* Protection Act. This is because my mortgage lender is not publicly available information. I can provide all copies of this mail upon request. My desired resolution is to cease all mailers to my home and that LeadPros be forced to delete all my personal information from their computer systems. Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
At this time, I have not been contacted by LeadPros LLC regarding complaint ID ********. Nor did I expect them to.LeadPros is a fraudulent company that refuses to abide by ******** state law. Their failure to provide legitimate means of communication is not an excuse to break the law. Our institutions are powerless to prevent such unethical and predatory marketing practices. If all a company has to do to avoid accountability for their actions is "refuse to respond," they have no incentive to reply to complaints or cease their unlawful activity.
If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem. Thanks for nothing.

I received a postcard in the mail on 9/26/2022 stating the below. This is a scam and the information was provided by LeadPros, which I've NEVER done any business with them or their affiliates. They are providing scammers information and I want my information removed from their system and removed from any type of mailing list.
