      This business is a scam. They say they are a business for users to test camping equipment for free, but sign you up for 'Monthly VIP ********** x 1' - cheap decals that I could print on my home printer for $20 a month.

      I paid this business an original charge of $9.95 for stickers which was then supposed to make me part of their so called influencer group for future outdoor products. However, this company then proceeded to make unauthorized charges to my card which I continue to dispute. I have informed this company several times that I do not authorized these charges. This company engages in fraudulent practices. I should have done my research ahead of time and never done any business with this company. You can see the extensive reviews of their shady and fraudulent practices whether it is on Reddit or online searches.First charge 11/15/23 - $9.95 Second charge 12/18/23 - $19.95 unauthorized Third charge 12/21/23 - $19.95 unauthorized Do not do business with this company at all.

      I ordered a sticker from their website and weeks later they charged me again for a monthly membership. I did not authorize this charge or agree to a monthly membership, I was just buying a sticker. I have attempted to call and email them several times but no one will answer the phone or reply to my emails. I'm very frustrated and feel like I have been scammed. I was hoping to have them resolve it so I didn't have to cancel my card but it looks like that is what I must do.

      Did not clarify that a purchase was a subscription service with recurring charges (monthly decal club is being charged, thought it was a one time decal purchase). Likely was somewhere in fine print but there were so many offers popping up it was hard to understand what was information about your purchase and what was an offer of additional services. Almost impossible to get back into the store to cancel subscription ($20 per month!) and no provided link to manage subscription.

      I purchased a decal sticker and wanted to become an ambassador and then I was charged for the sticker but I never recieved it and then I was charged a monthly fee for the decal and I can't get a hold of them to cancel because it states that you have to email them and they don't answer. There is also a guy named *************************** the *** that emails on behalf of them and I want a refund and to report a scam and him.
