This account is my credit report in the amount of **** and I have no knowledge of this account. This is negatively reporting and affecting my good credit score.I am exercising my right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609, to request information regarding an item that is listed on my consumer credit report. As per Section 609, I am entitled to see the source of the information, which is the original that contains my signature. If you are unable to verify the account with the original contract, the information should be removed from my credit report within 30 days.Initial Complaint

Consumers claim that he is not liable for debt owed to Buckhead Farm Community is not accurate. On 02/09/2017 Valley Credit Service, Inc., collection agent for Buckhead Farm Community, provided consumer a copy the “Mobile Home Lot Lease” signed by Mr. ******** on 03/15/2013. Valley Credit Service, Inc. also provided consumer a copy the “Lease Terms and Conditions and Rules and Regulations” signed by Mr. ******** on 03/05/2013. Valley Credit Service, Inc also provided consumer a copy of the “Notice of Eviction” of said property and a copy of the “Compliant in Summary Ejectment” from Cumberland County of the State of North Carolina. Additionally, on 04/04/2016 a judgment was obtained by our client against Mr. ******** for the debt he alleges he does not owe. The judgment against Mr. ******** issued by the courts affirms the consumer is responsible for the debt he alleges he does not owe.
