I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought my vehicle there in November, back up camera not working and A/C not working. Brought it to their attention and FINALLY got the A/C fixed in FEBRUARY and they made me pay 1/2 of the cost for. The first week I had the vehicle my windshield wiper literally flew off when it rained because the arms were so rusted out. I wound up buying all new arms and wipers since the wipers were bad also. A week later The battery went out and I had to replace it. It still had the original factory battery in it from 2015! In mid February my check engine light came on, had it checked at the **** ****** and wound up having to replace all sparkplugs , and yes, they were also the factory original ones from 2015! I was promised by Border Auto they would call me when to come back in to get the back up camera fixed in February, today is April 25 and they never called to get the issue taken care of. Also, the A/C stopped working again after they had it fixed and charged me 1/2 of the cost. Please beware when purchasing a vehicle from them! They do not check or tune them up before sale, but still charge you a service fee of **** that the owner explained was for checking the vehicle to make sure everything is in working order and to get it state inspected. There is no way that this vehicle was ever checked out with all of the problems it has. If you do find that something is not working, they promise to call you to fix the problem and never do and you WILL be stuck to get it fixed on your own. I am truly more than disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone unless you want to get ******* over.
