    It cost me $*** for 1 trip, and $*** for 4 trips. They claim to have sent letter and certified mail, but said they can't show a signature. They are a total loan shark operation. This is a disgrace to VA and it's citizens.

    I would give a Zero if possible. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with . I received an invoice that I had passed a toll and didn’t pay, the car was not mine but had the same temporary tag that was issued to me when purchasing a completely different car. I have never been to that area and live over 4 hours away. I was told I had to file a police report and send them a copy. I filed the report and sent them the report number. I never received a copy and after receiving a letter saying it was going to turned over to a collection service I contacted them again. She said the report number wasn’t enough I needed a copy. After contacting the police again since I lived so far away and couldn’t come to get a copy I had to get a letter notarize that I needed a copy of the report send ten dollars and a self addressed stamped envelope to receive the report. After receiving the report I sent it by email with the previous email that were sent. Then they had the nerve to email me back and said they received it but I would need to resend the letter as an attachment. I have never dealt with such rude people. I don’t understand why I had to go through all that when they plainly stated they knew it wasn’t a vehicle we owned and it happened frequently that people had duplicate temporary tags by nefarious means. And that I live several hours away and have never been near the toll road. They need a better way to deal with this issue.

    These guys are criminals. Multiple billing statements for someone else's car with the same plate number but a different plate type. Multiple times I've called and emailed, they apologize, fix the error, and then do it again. Now it's in collections. Hooray. Never been to over this stupid bridge and never will. There should be a class action lawsuit.

    No stars its no way this place is not regulated by the city or state ez pass is unable to check charges against you because company is private. With my paperwork present they still told me they could not help me I just had to pay...also they said I had to pay for a car that I had in 2017. Customer service sucks they have little to no info on your case just amount for charges they dont even send you notices to let you know you have debit just send it to collections

    I would give zero stars this agency needs to be investigated as soon as possible this is ridiculous. I paid multiple fees multiple times only for them to say one of my payments never went through and I know for a fact I paid it. A $** payment is now *** because of added late fees and they put a hold on my registration. They’re blatantly robbing people and no one is even doing anything about it in what way is this ethical ??

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible I paid my account off and PAM didn’t have any record of it and couldn’t find me in their system even after sending a text to my phone in reference to bill. Representative told me to call SNJB, when I called SNJB said I didn’t have a balance and that my account is current with no payments due. Last year I paid another account off only to have them take out another payment for the same bill mentioning I never paid it. It’s like you’re continuously paying a bill off over and over again with receipts but it’s annulled. Awful, business!

    I feel sorry for customer service. They are not help you with a billing problem. They have the nerve to say it's the mail service. The mail sure got to me when they added ***** last fee. Then once l paid that off l get the original bill 3 months later. Where is my refund? A credit,? I am sure this is going on a regular.SMH poor business practice. I will never use that bridge when I visit Virginia again.

    This bridge is ran by a con artist. We were told that the account was paid off.And then 7 years after our last time going over that bridge we are now told that we owe over ****** When you call their customer service they give absolutely no help, they only try to pacify and then get rude.1st they said they couldn't even find the account that was paid off was paid off 7 years ago and then proceeded to tell us that they also only sent 2 notifications 2 months after the passing of the bridge that there was a toll due. None of these letters are certified so there's no proof that they even sent anything. Also apparently there were several accounts opened that they did not mention at all while on the phone with them paying the other account off in the past. Now there is a garnishment on our wages And we never even got our day in court. They didn't even put a hold on our registration for all these years. It would seem from every point of view that that they purposely do this all the time so they can rack up extra fees and make more money. We are filing an objection to the Garnishment of our wages. This is the reason statue of limitations are put in place, To stop companies like this from hiding a small fee and adding fees on top of it and coming after you 7 years later with extra fees. It's a great con that eventually is going to hurt them.
