Contacted the company to have upstairs carpet cleaned and two sofas downstairs. The tech arrived March 11th and did not bring a tarp to lay on new laminate wood floors downstairs when cleaning sofas. Tech waste solution on floor, causing a dry smearing towel effect to semi gloss floors. Tech tried cleaning with another solution that did not work. Tech returned on Saturday March 12th with another solution that gave a tacky film coating by spreading across floor in living room, parts of dining room and walk way from foyer area. This dried immediately. Tech said he need a machine he will get for solution to come up. He talked manufacturers using this new material he is not that familiar with. Monday March 14th, he returned with a machine where he used hot water in machine and another commercial grade solution that seem to work. He spend over two hours with me guiding him on areas he kept missing. Still after the floor dried and me wiping down the floor with a towel damp with water per his instructions and to let him know. The machine still left residue. I contacted him back at 7:56 pm and informed him of this to find out when he can come back out. He stated via text "that he is booked up and goes on vacation pass Thursday." Today March 15th, I contacted the tech to find out if someone else can come to finish what he started and he text back briefly saying "he is going to talk with the office about reimbursement for the sofas and at this point his hands is up. That they are extremely busy this week. To send him a picture," and as he knew a picture would not show due to the glare and we had to look at the floor from various angles to see a number of the areas he kept missing. I wish to have my new floors fixed and restored to what they were before he came and I am not sure hot heat will damage my floors further is this is the only solution. The office manager just called me to have operations manager come tomorrow March 16th at 1pm. I wish for repair or replacement.
