I got a coat from nexus clothing for my Christmas gift. We went off the size chart that was given by a link under the product description on their website. According to their size chart I am a 3xl. When I got it, it was very far off from the right size. I’ve been trying to exchange it but the color variation I got called “new black” is no longer available, so I’m trying to switch it out with the same coat but with the color variation called “black” in a different size. The order number is nex-***** and was ordered under the email **********************. I’ve tried sending an email and got no response, I tried their chat and have been on hold for 3 hours after someone said they would help, and I’ve tried calling and it goes straight to voicemail. I really didn’t want to put in a complaint and will happily resolve it if someone can contact me to fix the problem* ************ ** *************************Customer response
