I had Steven ****** come out to my home to install new baseboards, new flooring, and to replace the window sill in the dining room. I was very specific in that I wanted "all" the baseboards changed out for an uniformed look and he gave me an estimate, which was fair. He came by to do the work on Sept 5, 2021. I did not see other damages, and his quality of work until after he was paid and gone...as he had moved the desk and deep freezer to cover up the spots that he messed up and damaged...knowing I could not move those items back my myself. At the time of him finishing, I did a walk around the room, looking in between spaces where the furniture was not. It looked good from that view. As I started sweeping the new floor, I bent down and saw where he never changed out the baseboards for two walls of the room, he left gaps underneath the baseboards where the transition strip is, he damaged the new wood for the window sill, and there's scratches on my new flooring. With the baseboards, on the third wall, he never removed the whole baseboard. He cut into the baseboard about 1/4 down, and he took an old piece of baseboard from the first two baseboards that he removed, and he joined the old 1/4 piece with the third wall and merged it together with caulk. It was sloppy because you can see a bulge in where he joined the two pieces of baseboards together. They also were uneven. I immediately contacted Steven and sent him photos of everything. He said he will come by later that week. I never heard from him after that week, so I waited an extra week later and called him again. He told me he will call me that weekend. He never did. He did this four different times and each time gave me the run around.  My last attempt to reach him was on September 24th, 2021 and he has yet to call me to resolve this issue. Basically he made me feel that I was bothering him and he would never provide me with a specific date nor time on when he was going to make time to come back out. He was paid to change out the baseboards on "all" of the walls. There no integrity from this business. You get what you get and he will never make time to fix any issues.
