    I purchased a 2019 Acura RDX on 3/31/22 from the Priority Acura Dealership at **** ** ******** ***, Chesapeake, VA. 23320, and we have an extended warranty and purchased an additional warranty. The radio immediately started having issues, but our 1st visit to the dealership was in August 2022 to repair the issue. After they "repaired" the issue we immediately took the car back to the dealership two additional times and had the same result, the car immediately began having issues. I have tried to escalate the issue with the dealership, and I have also contacted the Corporate Customer Service Team (case #********). My Case Manager, Danielle, has been less than empathic and has provide no help with a resolution. When I last reached out to her today (12/2/22) she sat on the telephone arguing with me instead of trying to resolve my vehicle issue. I called back and request that my issue be escalated and that I receive a Case Manager and Danielle called me back to tell me that she is going to remain on my case because she is the Senior Case Manager. I informed Danielle that I do not want her on my case, and I will call someone else to have her removed. My concern is that the dealership and their corporate center has done nothing to repair my issue. At this point, I feel like I purchased a limit and I want the dealership to repair the radio for good or return my money.

    To whom it may concern. On October 17, 2021, I came in to Priority Acura's dealership to inquire about selling a *** ***** that I purchased in **** from your dealership. Prior to that, I purchased my 1st Acura, a *** and after that I have purchased two *** ****** from your dealership. A total of 4 cars. I am a loyal client of Priority Acura, which the service department knows me by name, ******** in particular. When I went into your dealership I was addressed by a few personable gentlemen but one in particular person by the name of **** ****** who approached me in a snide mannerism asking me if was I the one waiting for the quote on the car. I responded yes and he gave me the offer of ******* I felt the price was low considering ******'s offer was much higher. He asked me if I went somewhere else and I said yes. Then he asked me did I get a quote already and I said yes. Then he asked me how much and I didn't feel the need to disclose that information. Then with a nasty attitude he said, and I quote, " it doesn't matter to me anyway because it's not going to change my mind". WOW! Prior to that the other gentleman, ( salesmen ) who were selling cars were talking to me and asked me also how much I was offered for the car and I told them I didn't want to tell them and they were so polite about it and we laughed about it. No one was rude to me other than ****. I couldn't understand why **** ****** felt the need to address Me in such a manner being rude and nasty. I am a loyal customer of Priority Acura. When I left to go back to my car it bothered me and I went back in the dealership and explained to him why I came in feeling extremely disrespected and I asked for his business card. Then ***** condescending response was ... and I quote " my manager is sitting right here" making it clear he could care less about his actions. **** did not care about my feelings, neither my business. I have never been treated disrespectfully in a Priority Acura dealership like that all the years that I have been coming to your dealership and patronizing your business. What he didn't realize is that I was going to trade in my **** **** also using the ***** that ****** offered me for my **** *** to come back and put a down payment on the NEW *** truck. It also disgusted me that his manager did not even address the matter as I walked out disgruntled. All the managers that I've ever come across at Priority Acura over the years of me purchasing cars from your dealership have never treated me in such a way. I didn't need Priority Acura to purchase my car back, I just went to your dealership( my dealership) as a second option and I was OK with what price he gave me considering I had a higher offer somewhere else. It's the principal and how he spoke to me in a such a disrespectful and condescending way. He came across extremely ****** and disrespectful. I also will never purchase another car from Priority Acura as long as **** ****** represents your store. I feel this particular person **** needs to be reprimanded because I am disgusted and insulted. What's also shocking is that his manager is a woman, and I am a woman and she did nothing as I walked out . Management of Priority Acura has gone down since my first and past purchases and I know that I will never come back in the store to purchase another car again. The only thing I'll be doing is service simply because I love the service department representatives, however this gentleman by the name of **** ******* does not fit the status quo of the priority Acuras dealership in which I am a custom to. I am extremely disappointed. Please keep in mind that I have been your client well over ** years.
    People are buying cars online and traditional dealerships should happy they have the business and be grateful for customers who come through the door like me.
