      My name is Yan ****. My car is a nearly brand new Honda Hybrid 2022.      My car’s player has no voice sound in the left, other are very good. Before I went to them I told them I had checked and adjusted from setting-sound-balance on the car’s screen, but it didn’t work, and I asked two things: could they check if the electricity had short-circuited, and whether the check for this problem was free? They told me yes. After checked my player, they told me they’d adjusted players and it’s ok now, but that they persuaded me that I’d better cost ******* to replace my left two speakers. I entered my car to see whether they’d adjusted well, however there were too many people and cars there to hear clearly, so I trusted their words, then I paid the labor fee, even though never once did they ever mention it’s diagnostic fees also. I quickly realized that nothing had changed and my speaker was still in same situation after I left there. I watched the playback of the video recording they sent me of their process and found that All they did was take a quick look at my screen, the exact same as I had done. I asked for refund me ******** They told me it’s a “diagnostic fee”. Ridiculous! I had already told them the problem was the player sound. I just need to fix it. In June, I realized I should go to a professional auto video store , not dealership . After a staff of the store checked my player sound, he told me that my player sound had NO PROBLEMS, there was only an issue with the accessibility balance feature in my phone. They did not charge me any penny. Honda provided me no service. They only lied to me, and maliciously overcharged me, and now they reject to refund my money back. They told me because I had signed a contract with them . My English isn’t good enough and no interpreter there , adding their cheating, that’s why I signed the contract. I am requesting a full refund of the *******, I was scammed and robbed.

I STILL do not have my license plates (3 sets of expired paper tags) My bank is STILL not listed as the primary leinholder And multiple aspects of my life are being effected

      I am very unsatisfied with this company and my 2021 Honda Passport Sport. I purchased this vehicle in May of 2021. I have multiple issues with this vehicle since i purchased it. I recently have been having a safety issue with my vehicle and no one seems to care. I have taken it 4 times and no solution or fix to my safety issue. The vehicle intermittently switches from drive, reverse or park and into neutral. It then displays a message in the dash that says transmission issue stop driving when safe. I even have pictures as well of the message. It has done it numerous times since July. They even had a service tech to come out to look at it as well and they were unable to solve the issue. I was told my vehicle was ready by Amanda and she also mentioned there is nothing they can do unless it reads a code. She was very unprofessional towards me as well. I even asked to speak to the GM and Amanda told me he was just going to send me back to the service department. I guess they are waiting until something bad happens to me in my vehicle since they have no concern in regards to this safety issue. I have been dealing with this since July and no fix or anything. I just want them to repurchase my vehicle at this point. I don't even want to deal with Honda anymore.

      I went to priority Honda to look at a 2011 **** ******** and it was listed at XXXXX. I also had my Corolla to trade in which I got an instant KBB cash offer of ***** which they supposedly honor. Loved the car but when it came time to run numbers they had listed the explorer for XXXXX on the paper and only wanted to give me ***** for my trade in. So the car was **** more than the internet price and they didn't even honor the KBB instant offer they use on their web site. But yet told me they opened up the whole sale book to check the price. Waste of time with them but would have loved to get that car
