      I have a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, this is the second new vehicle I have bought from Priority and have always praised their service dept until today. I see that all of the bad reviews are from the last two years, I wonder if that is when new mgmt came in because this place is horrible now. My wife took the car in for our regular oil change three weeks ago, the next day I noticed oil drips on my drive so I told her we need to call Hyundai and let them know that whoever did the oil change left something loose or cross threaded on the oil filter. She tried to get an appt and they were booked for over a month, which is ridiculous. We explained that its under warranty with only 26,000 miles on it, they said that they may have to charge us a $*** diagnostics fee if its our fault. What kind of scam is Hyundaii running over there. I called and requested to talk to the Service Manager and he was conveniently away from his desk, I never received a callback from him. We have been bombarded with offers from Hyundai wanting to buy our car and we keep telling them that its not for sale. Is this their way of getting the car? Unfortunately for Hyundai, I was in the market for a new car at the end of this year but I think I will be going to ***** ** ****** after this experience. What happened to Priority these past two years, maybe Hyundai should look into it to see what's changed. Reddit will be next.

      I phoned Priority Hyundai on Military Highway to try to ask questions regarding a repeat problem that they had serviced 10 months ago that was recurring. I spoke to a service agent. She took my name and name and problem down to give to my previous service advisor who would call me. I waited two days but no call. I called service again, explaining as I had two days ago that I needed this issue fixed and it was time sensitive as we were going on a long trip to the south and it was an air conditioning issue. My car only has 45,000 miles. Ahe said she didn’t know what happened but would walk the information to the service advisor this time. Again, no return call. My trip is still over a week away. I then call and ask to speak to the service manager. He is not available. I explain again that it is time sensitive, and I am not trusting this whole call back thing. However they insist. He does not call back for several days. Then, I call back with approximately 4 -5 full days before our trip. They try to have me again leave my name and number but I insist on speaking to someone. He is I guess an asst supervisor? He says sorry we are really busy. I told him I called over a week again and called back two more times. He said he would try to accommodate me. He would need to replicate the problem. Luckily, I have other transportation, just not as roomy for a long family trip. I took it in for Friday morning. I said we would not need it until Tuesday morning. They called around 10 am Monday and said he couldn’t replicate the issue to pick it up. Four hours into our trip, the issue replicated for us. This was horrible service.

      I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in May of 2022. When I received the car there was cosmetic damage to the glass and when I dropped my car off to be repaired they called me and said they had to order a piece of glass. I waited several weeks and called back and they stated that the glass had been there but no one called me. I took the car in to get it repaired and they said the glass had been sent back. I ended up waiting AGAIN to get the glass fixed. Now I am having issues with the transmission and when I called to schedule an appointment they said they may have to charge me a diagnostic fee once they found out what was wrong with the car. I stated that the car was purchased brand new and in 2022 and shouldn’t be having transmission issues and if so the warranty should cover it. I am usually a ***** person and never had any problem with those cars but decided to give Hyundai a chance and this is now the 2nd horrible experience I have had with them.

      I bought a 2022 Tucson back in June of last year. I had to take it into the shop several times already due to the car shutting down on me and giving crash information when the car was parked. Now something is going on with the speakers and saying I have to pay a diagnostic fee to find out what’s going on. I thought that’s why it had a manufacturer warranty and also priority warranty. That man Jimmy the service manager do not like him at all he does not return phone calls or anything.

      JImmy Service Manager at Priority Hyundai The dealer only does warranty repaints 1x per week "weather permitting" so getting on the schedule for it is difficult at best. When it's finally going to fit their schedule and mine it just happens to be 22 days out of warranty. No problem, point of service agent says, "call Hyundai, get a case number and we'll take care of the rest." I get that part done. The case manager called on 3/13 to have them submit a "goodwill request" for approval with Hyundai Corp, The root problem is that service manager advised Hyundai corp that they do not have possession of my vehicle (they had it 3/11-3/19 for service and other warranty updates) and that I hadn't been there since August. Hyundai corp called and sent email requesting information 3/16. Case manager's name at Hyundai corp's name was Mauro. When i called the dealer they claimed that they NEVER got any information from Hyundai Corp. However, when I followed up w/ the case manager and the customer service dept the at Hyundai they clearly said that "James" replied to the request - Isn't Jimmy a nickname for James? . I have to ask, who do you trust, the dealer or the company when their both pointing fingers at each other? Both say the other is lying.. but when you try to get both on the phone Jimmy hangs up and wont return calls. I'm pretty sure that someone's integrity is lacking.

      Priority Hyundai does not stand by their statement "WE PUT YOU FIRST." That is a false statement. What I experienced yesterday from the services department let me know that they do not care about their customers. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata in 2017. I have always got my car serviced through them and never had an issue. I dropped my car off to get an annual state inspection on 11/21/22. The serviced adviser noticed that I was due for an upcoming oil change and they were going to take care of it that way I wouldn't have to come back. So while they had my car that day they completed all the services that were needed. While I was driving my car for a few days I noticed that I had a funny smell like something burning. I called them to let them know my car has a funny smell. I dropped my car back off to them December 13, 2022 for them to recheck my car the advisor Elizabeth called me and stated that the technician reported that my car had a oil leak and it was coming from the val gasket. So i tried explaining to them that I shouldn't have to pay for anything at this point because there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when I dropped it off. One of the service managers became very rude because I could control my mouth yes some foul words parted my lips. They refused to give me my keys to leave and made me pay *******. Every service employee that was working and witnessed this was rude. Including one of their GM whoever she was. And to prove that they were reckless as I was checking out I asked for my receipt of payment and a copy of the paperwork the service adviser gave me another customer receipt with their personal information on. No one even said I'm sorry. I will not be returning for any service to my car. I took my car to another auto shop and Priority Hyundai lied to cover their mistake. They left the oil cap unscrewed so the oil was coming back onto the engine. Nothing was wrong with the val gasket at all.

      Tom the one who runs that dealership is rude nasty and disrespectful... me and one lady who works there was having a conversation about making a appt too come back because my car was there from 8am too 6pm and wasn't complete walked up in my face with his hands raise. Which at that point I felt endangered told me too leave after I told him never in his life walk up on me .. I believe that man to be racist

      Priority Hyundai sold me the ***** ** with their word on the engine being covered. I had mine checked on recall and then the engine required to be replaced. Other than the time waiting for repairs to be completed, with a loaner, this was an easy process. Nichole ** would call and give updates which was nice. The biggest take away is PRIORITY HYUNDAI KEPT THEIR PROMISE!!! They say they cover Engine for life and when this happened, they acted on THEIR WORD. I am proud to have purchased my vehicle from them. The repairs where done and all is Great. I now am thoroughly impressed with this whole process from Priority Hyundai. Thanks

      I regret purchasing a car from Priority Hyundai. I have a **** ****** every seen I purchase my car it has been giving me problems. My car had a recalled on it Priority Hyundai sent out letter saying that you have to make appointment in order for your car to get fixed. So my husband called to set appointment right away. They confirmed the appointment and everything. When the day arrived for the appointment they told my husband when he arrived that the part wasn't in yet call back within a week. So that's what we did they kept saying the same thing. A month went by they still was saying the same thing. I had to go up there to fuss just so they can fix the recall on my car. Now my brakes are squeaking and they not trying to do anything about it my car is under lifetime warranty and they don't private me with the proper service always excuses. I have two kids and I need to have something safe for them to ride around in. This is our only transportation to get to wherever we need to get to.
